I started streaming around November/December of 2018 under the username irongod7 and with the support of fellow streamers I achieved the affiliate status by mid February. On April 13 I received an indefinite suspension for what I was later told was purchase fraud. My first attempt to receive help through the Twitch Contact was received about 4 days later at 3 am in the form of an automated message that did little to answer why I was suspended. Since then, I have submitted 3 additional appeals with little to no reply. No purchases that I can recall have ever been made through my account outside of the free prime subscriptions. I had received since becoming affiliate a large amount of bits from 2 fellow streamers that I had wondered might have set off some kind of red flag. I should also mention since receiving the last bits donation, I have not received payout, nor have the donators received their bits back.

The Twitch Bits were cheered in chat and we show the Partnered broadcaster did receive the Bits
We have instructed this customer that if the Partner is disputing that they did not receive the Bits that they need to contact us
directly
