the customer at hand is upset that I dont and wont have mobile service and wanted me with my busy schedule to come to her house and check her vehicle and when we did a couple of times when I had the man power and found nothing wrong with the complaint at that timei installed a a/c mini kit because the compressor was leaking from the seam in the middle of the compressor and the vehicle left the shop without any problems and is still workingThe other shop did not have to replace or repair any of the parts I installedthe other shop repaired issued not related to the repair I performed when I explained it to the customer she became irate and confrontational

THERE WAS NO WIRING REPAIRS PERFORMED ON THIS VEHICLEWHEN IT LEFT THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WAS WORKING PROPERLYTHE COMPRESSOR WAS CHANGED BECAUSE OF LEAKAGE NOT A WIRING PROBLEMI WILL NOT BE REFUNDING ANYTHINGTHE WORK WAS PREFORMED AND THE VEHICLE LEFT THIS SHOP WITHOUT ANY AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEMS

Firstly, the mobile service is not and was never at issue. This complaint is exclusively about the quality of the work performed on the air conditioning system of my vehicle.Secondly, the air conditioning was not working properly until [redacted] discovered and fixed the wiring issues. As I stated, the air conditioning was working only intermittently and the dashboard repeatedly lit up like a Christmas tree.Finally, the information provided by [redacted] (see uploaded documents) clearly establishes that the work performed on the air conditioning system left the wiring in a poor state, which caused additional problems needing additional repairs. If you read Pepboys_Mech1.pdf you will see that [redacted] technician Tony L[redacted] wrote: "Found the ac wire's not put together right was not allowing power to the ac comp" [sic]. This is also backed up by the uploaded images of the cables dangling loosely from under the engine compartment. I cannot imagine how this would not be proof positive that the issue was related to the Twizted Up Toyz "repairs".I am still looking to have the repair costs refunded to me as all evidence very clearly indicates that the work performed as severely sub-standard and caused electrical problems with the vehicle, requiring additional repairs.
