Two Bears Heating & Air

Company installed a new American Standard heat pump on 10/16/The unit worked for approximately week and then there was no heat
The new unit only worked for a week and then started blowing only cold air I immediately txt and called *** ***He has scheduled different times to come out My husband or I will take off work and wait for him to be here to fix the unit He never shows up and then will apologize in a txt a few days later, schedules a new day and time and then again, will not show up We paid $for his services We are experiencing degree weather at night and we have no heat We have lost pay sitting at home waiting for him and now our power bill is running up running space heaters, etc The last schedule visit from him was for today at 8:AM My husband stayed home again and by 11:am he still was not here I started to call and txt but never got an answer
