Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has chosen to refuse to return my items I don't appreciate a business owner mentioning "red flags", when he got paid I hired him to do a service and, instead, he has stolen priceless items from my family and I If he does not want to settle this item, I will file a formal complaint about [redacted] , his manager [redacted] ***, and Two College Movers Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] Hi, I do not have receipts in regards to the items Two College Movers did not bring I just hope that when my case is reviewed, your office sees that the responses [redacted] gave were not fact based He mentioned that he shouldn't have trusted us, yet he received over $6,to move my family from Fort Collins, CO to Henderson, NV If he could not do the job, he should have told me I would have hired someone else I just hate that my family has to suffer because of [redacted] ' unprofessionalism and unethical practices I did not expect to get any money out of this, but I think people should be aware of [redacted] and his illegal practices And when he said he gave me a settlement already, I do not call $for an $freezer that he "forgot" to bring as a settlement We always took such great care of our belongings and I am so upset to know that our items are lost I hope you will take my message into consideration in this case Thank you, [redacted]

The company was hired through [redacted] to help me move, and my brand new dinner plates, drinking glasses and mugs went missing I phoned Two College Movers and she just told me to call [redacted] to file a claim, [redacted] did not lose my items, so that made zero sense Then she told me to call [redacted] company to file a claim, and I did just that However, [redacted] does not file claims and the representative from [redacted] said they should know that and it is the third part hired (TCM) that manages lost items I asked TCM for a refund so I can purchase new items, but she said she cant and wont help me That company lost my items and they are responsible for the loss

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I hired Two College Movers to move all my items [redacted] even admitted in his response that he had to ask me for more money because he needed a bigger truck to move our items He should have given us the correct quote when he came to our house Our house was obviously too large of a job for him and he should have said something Also, we told him he could donate a box of extension cords I am extremely disappointed with Two College Movers, [redacted] and [redacted] *** They lied to me and have not fulfilled their job To know we have China plates and dishes missing and so many other things, it is really difficult for me to think they "donated" these items I do not want to go back and forth with this because nothing is getting resolved Our items are not here and not only were those items expensive, but they were priceless to us Regards, [redacted]

We hired Two College Movers for our recent local move and found Allen and his crew to be very responsive, thorough and took great care of our propertyAll the guys were respectful and the attention to detail for our move was very goodThey were in the middle of the estimates we initially received but after Allen's initial visit to our home to evaluate the details of the move, we felt confident of his company's abilitiesWe would recommend Two College Movers to those considering a move in the future

I am rejecting this response because:Your employees didn't do a "walk-through", the little one that was in charge talked about what a crappy job moving people was They dont care and they certainly arent going to perform in the professional manner you think they do!! Just know, a verbal referral goes a long way and I have let everyone I know about your company and the fumbling your manager did when asking for help about my plates and dinner glasses You are that crass about refunding a small amount for new plates and dinner glasses? Your company is sorry, and you have wasted my time!

I want to start off by saying here at Two College Movers we go out of our way to not only satisfy but help our customers through an extremely difficult time in their livesWe talk with people who are very stressed out and unhappy with their situations every day and with that being said have
an unmeasured patience with people and the utmost respect for everyoneWhen *** called the office he was immediately EXTREMELY inappropriate and rude, using language completely unacceptable saying things like "I must be a pretty stupid women to send these guys out","I must be a typical women to provide a service like this" , telling me I could go F myself, Im a B, and honestly continued to verbally assaulting me so loud " SCREAMING" to the point my staff who were in the street, thought he was cursing at his dogsHe did so for another Min over the phone expressing his unhappiness with the movers speed. He then refused ( and still has yet ) to provided the gentleman with the payment code for the move (releasing the funds he had already paid for) and refused to pay the time over the pre paid amount*** and I discussed that if the code was not given I would need a CC to settle the rest of the bill or we would have to consider this bill unpaid and send him to collectionsWe do not allow people to further settle their bill on u haul because we have no way of ensuring we get paidWe then discussed the ways of settling the bill and *** WILLINGLY provided a CC to pay for the move ( I did not have a CC on file) but was so extremely impossible to communicate with and still ceases to listen to the instructions at hand of how to redeem the money he already paid through U HaulWe have tried to talk with *** but have since reverted to only communicating via email because of the verbal abuseI will not be relinquishing an apology due to his inappropriate behavior . Now to address the speed of the moveWe had informed *** that he would need a 26' Truck the day of his move and U Haul was only able to provide him with a 10' Truck in turn forcing the men to make several trips back and forthOur staff also put belongings in their vehicles to help the move go fasterOne of the owners was on the job and expresses ***erts attitude and directions were very poor the day of the moveThere was a yard walk from the residence to the truckThe unit was on the second floor*** also did not provide any moving blankets, making it impossible to stack stuff without damage.We also disassembled a few of ***ert's items ***erts estimate was projected to take 2-4hr and our men finished with all these obstacles in The fact of the matter is moving day can be tricky, things change and we understand thatNot getting the correct size truck is out of your and our hands but we do everything we can to help when things don't go as planned and we ALWAYS try and settle things appropriatelybut if you are unwilling to communicate with us a resolution might be difficult*** chooses to scream every time he calls and has yet been able to redeem his money from U HaulHis complaint needs to be filed with them.*** had signed off on the total amount for the bill and will not be reimbursed

.I want to reiterate no code was ever given or has ever been givenI also instruct all my staff not to tolerate unresponsive and inappropriate customers like ***ers*** has already canceled and received his money back from u haul in the sum of $which in turn means there is no payment code to provide us with leaving *** with a bill of $We charged ***erts card that he provided $even saving him *** was charged the exact hours it took our movers to perform his moveWe only want what is fairThe comparing us to other movers is a tactic to try and strong arm us into paying what he wants toIf *** would like to get the authorities involved with what he thinks are false claims I recommend doing so. His communication is not welcome here

We were hired by *** and *** *** to move their house hold good itemsThe morning of the move, we received a call from them asking us, if we could pack for them, which was not stated in the original estimateWe arrived to the house and 50% of the house was not packed and their were
dirty dishes and trash still in the houseWe agreed to pack the items that were ready to be packedbecause we have to stay on schedule, so we could complete the move on contractual date and that doesn't leave us with much opinions Half way into packing, *** inform us that they were going to take leave before we were done packing and loadingThis was 2nd red flag last minute change to the order and it was never agree too but, we really didn't have any other opinion but to let them leave and finish the moveWe packed and loaded till midnight because of all the extra work we had to doWe agreed to give them 26ft feet of space plus we added a 12ft trailer for freeWe loaded everything in the house, but lawn and garage items won't fitWe called *** to see what she would like to do with the items, if she would like to have the shipped out on a later time ( for extra fee) After reviewing the items with her, she told us to just donate them as all the items had to be out of the property for the new residentsSo that is what we did3rd red flag is when the day we got into Las Vegas she called us and said that they were not going to be at the house for the unload and to just put the stuff in to the garageI was very hesitate to do that because still needed them to complete paperwork.We went above and behind to accommodate these clients., as that said we decline this settlement offer

We have been willing through this process to resolve the issue at a responsible amount We fulfilled our agreement at contracted 26ft truck of space and a small trailerThe items that didn't fit, we contacted you to see if you would like the items shipped out at a later timeAfter reviewing with you whatt items were and were't on the load, we took off some items and put back on items you wanted to go and decide to leave the other items because you didn't want to pay to have them shippedYou requested that we donate items as they needed to be off the property for the new owner We have issued a check and recovered some items and delivered them for freeAt no point were your items stolen, which is very offensiveWe have been in contact with Ms*** and our offer still stands

College Movers were on time, very efficient unloading our truck, did a great jobNice young mendid the work of If I ever move again I will definitely call them

Allan and crew were fast courteous and professional I absolutely recommend them

As the customer stated the services she purchased where through *** ***We moved Ms*** on 4/in the morningThe service she purchased was a load/unload of her home with her rental truckOur movers loaded all of her items on to her truckAfter her and the movers did a walk through
verify that all items have been loaded. After arriving to the new location our movers then unloaded all items from her truck into Ms*** new homeThe movers then performed another walkthrough with *** verify all items were removed from the truckOur CSR was in contact with Ms*** on 4/less than hours after her move. Ms *** stated that we lost a box with dishes and wanted money immediately, so she could purchase new dishes right awayOur CSR asked the Ms*** what the box looked like, so she could ask the movers if they may have placed the box in the wrong room. Ms *** response was “I didn’t mark any of the boxes, so the movers won’t know what box to look forI don’t have time to waste I just want the money “ Our CSR explained to Ms *** that 99% of the time a customer is looking for a specific box; it is usually just misplaced among other boxesShe had over 65+ in one general location to look throughShe was frustrated and inconsolableOur CSR told her to allow at least a couple weeks to look through the boxes as it had been less than hours from the moveMs*** insisted that we refund her for the box ASAP and didn’t want to look through her items .Our CSR explained that filing a claim with *** *** would be the first stepThis is our procedure when dealing with a customer from movinghelp. We did not decline Ms *** but ask her to give herself amply time to go through her items and go through our claims process as any of our customers would have to do

My daughter hired Two College Movers through the U-Haul web site paying for two hours of moving services in advance The movers showed up late and worked very slowly Her small, one bedroom apartment should have taken hours to move They moved so slowly that we had to extend them another two hours They only loaded a foot truck twice Additionally, we had to continually tell the movers to move the big items rather than small items
In comparison, I moved in April and a different company loaded a foot truck three times in the same amount of time
I was forced to give them a credit card number for the extra time The U-Haul web site allows additional time to be purchased through that site to protect customer's credit card information Even though we had given them a code for the prepaid time, they charged my credit card $more than I had authorized for the extra time
When I contacted them to complain, the lady I spoke to claimed to be the owner even though she

I am rejecting this response because:Their response is full of lies and is more of their passive aggressive and dishonest style.  I said nothing negative due to the person being a woman.  I did question her intelligence after she essentially called me a liar.  I told her I would pay through the Uhaul web site for the additional hours and she said it was impossible even though I had done this with another company.  They did not try to resolve the issue with me and flatly refused to do anything.  I gave them the code and a credit card for the extra hours.  They refused to use the code and later said that they lost it. They refused to take the code and refund the extra money that they charged my credit card without my permission.  At no time, did they say that they would charge me more than I had authorized since they had the code.Their statements trying to justify the speed of the move are ridiculous.  The two residents were very close, less than 6 minutes apart.  Other movers loaded a large house into a 26' truck three times making three trips between two residences about the same distance apart.
