Phone response - the consumer never paid for labor on the bearings, NAPA paid the labor charges, even after the 6 month period. Our work is warrantied for 30 days or 1000 miles, the transmission is out side of that period.

Hello this is [redacted] and I am contacting you on the complaint with the ID [redacted]. For the car, I've had it fixed 3 times with receipts to prove the dates and warranty were valid within those months. As for the truck, it has been a year since they did work to the transmission. I haven't been able to use the truck because of the transmission and after the first time my transmission line came out I have not plowed since! I have went over and calmly asked told them about the transmission and asked for them to pay for the labor.
