Mick is the most incredible karate instructor I have ever had the pleasure to work with! And I have worked with many in the past 50 years! He is very patient, so knowledgeable, and so willing to help. Mick's only concern is the well being of his students, and you will not find a better and more efficient karate instructor than Mick on the planet!

First I would like to say, "Thank You" for informing us of the return of your notice from the post office, We will personally speak with the postmaster regarding this issue.Next, to clarify our conversation today Tuesday January 23rd at 9:45am, Please drop off your notice to cancel with me at the reception desk the next time you attend your class so I can place it in your hard file, also I would like to confirm with you so that we are both on the same page, your membership with us officially ends on April 6th 2018, with your final tuition payment being due on April 5th 2018, after that payment posts there will be no further payments withdrawn on our behalf via American Service Finance, as you will have submitted your required day notice to cancel within the appropriate time frame.Lastly, As you stated on the phone this morning, you have no complaints about our programs, classes or instructors and in fact your grandchildren did learn some valuable life skills during their time with us - perseverance and commitment to name a few, we have greatly enjoyed your family being a part of our school and wish you all well in your future endeavorsThank you for choosing us to teach your grandchildren life skills using the art of Karate, it has been a pleasure.Michelle P [redacted] Two Dragons Karate

I am rejecting this response because:This guy is really disgusting with the way he is referring to me and others that fall into this terrible situation of unemployment and having to move across the country! Which, again, is directly pointed out in black and white as legitimate termination of the contract! Which he has known for months now that we have been in the process of doing!

Hello,The facts are simple.Mr. [redacted] did not cancel properly (according to state law) and tried to simply stop payments. THIS ACT IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE Washington STATE LEGAL contract he signed! Also, there is an Acceleration clause signed by Mr. [redacted] that states that in the event of default (as in this case) the entire balance is owed immediately. This is now the case as the debt is now in collections and will stay there until it is satisfied. Soon it will show as a debt on his credit report. Also Mr. [redacted] signed our "COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AGREEMENT" of WHICH HE SIGNED RECEIVED A COPY and now has no less than 3 times violated this agreement ($100 a day X 3).Mr. [redacted] is NOW IN VIOLATION OF THAT AGREEMENT AND WILL BE FINED NO LESS THAT $100 A DAY plus all legal fees UNTIL his UNTRUE AND DISHONEST "ON-LINE" REVIEWS ARE REMOVED. It is sad that businesses are forced to host agreements and good business can't be responsibly executed with a hand shake but this is a perfect example of a person that thinks they can say anything about anyone with no consequences. It is preposterous to insinuate that our karate school has anything to do with the [redacted] living situation. Furthermore, stating (word for word) "THEY TOLD ME TO PUT MY FAMILY ON THE STREET AND PAY THEM" Is false and drafted with malice as well as several other false and disparaging statements. For this there are legal fees accrued and real and tangible damage done to Two Dragons Karate that must be atoned.  In closing, as a last ditch effort to take the "high road" - if Mr. [redacted] takes down the false reviews, I am willing to settle for 50% of his debt plus legal fees accrued to date totaling $2465.60. I will extend this offer for the next 48 hours. If this debt is not paid in full by Wednesday 12/06/17 at the end of business we will proceed with litigation. We genuinely tried to help the [redacted] family but some people (as in this case) simply lack what it takes to fulfill their obligations.Mick [redacted]PS: I can take a credit card over the phone.

Hello,Mr. [redacted] did indeed enroll his family in our karate school on April 8 of this year. The program he chose is a 12 month course of which he only paid for only 3 of the 12 months on regular monthly payments. Then Mr. [redacted] "stopped payment" on his 4th installment of...

the legally agreed 12 payments. After contacting him to make payment arrangements to "get caught up" he refused and indeed went to collections. No where in this complaint does it say that we have done anything other that what we were contracted to do! There are no complaints regarding our service or a negative experience regarding our classes or staff. The way I understand this complaint is he simply did not want to pay for what he bought. The laws of Washington State protect businesses as well as the consumer.Please refer to his facebook page where he himself states that he is employed and in the Union!In closing, this is a dishonest man who has made multiple false statements in internet entities that host reviews . He is employed but is still trying to play on the sympathy of others by lying. He has indeed broken his financial as well as two other legal agreements he agreed to and signed during his enrollment and is now being sued by my company.In closing, we did a great job of providing what this guy bought (Great Karate Classes!) and he told us so more than once.If you have further questions please contact me at [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Would you like to see my foreclosure statements?! We have been moving our things to Michigan. We just spent two weeks there moving. Just like the contract states, moving is a way out of the contract!I am not a dishonest man, and it is very disgusting that this business owner would even state such a horrendous statement.I have never once said anything to anyone about liking or not liking the classes. I never share my personal opinions.All I am trying to do is raise my family the best I can. If I happen to come upon ‘hard-times’ such as this, I will always choose putting a roof over my family first! Again, I am not a dishonest person, and am not doing anything dishonest.Also, I would like to say that I do apologize for not being able to finish the classes.
