I am rejecting this response because:I do not agreeI have spent a lot of money trying to get this car going not to mention having to replace the tiresThe car have been looked at by mechanics of them being someone that Two Friends has taken it to and all three said they cannot find the problem*** himself told me the car stopped on him while driving it with him thinking it to be an electrical problemMr*** did call me to give me the information on where the car was so I could keep in contact with the repair shop while he was on vacation until October 3, I called the Zarco shop and the guy told me to come get the car because he can't fixI went to get the car and it stopped on me times before making it homeThe car had been sitting in my drive way since then until Mr*** had it removed not to mentoon Mr*** had the car for approximately one month before thenThe car has left my teenage daughter stranded on the side of the road or on the side of Hwy in danger several times being towed or times between the months of May to JulyThe car was in the repair shop majority of the time putting me in a bind to get my daughter to and from work and schoolI feel if Two Friends would not like to refund my monies he should at least trade the car for one that's more reliable starting from where we left off not making me pay him another down payment and not starting a new contractHe should be shamed of himself wanting someone to pay for a vehicle that he knows is having major problems and with me showing him the receipts from the repair shop for all the repairs and the tows that has occurred with the Dodge ChargerThank you

Registration fees paid to the Steiner Institute of Esthetics for students who choose not to enroll are refundableWe are very sorry that the complainant has not yet received her refund check. It is not clear why she was told that she called "too late" to receive a
refund. Our accounting records indicate that we did attempt to send a refund check, however, based on the information above, it appears that we had an incorrect address on file. We will re-issue the refund check and send it to address listed above. If the complaint has any further concerns or if she does not receive her check within the next week she may contact Ms*** *** in our compliance department at ***@steinerleisure.com to follow up

Dear Sir or Madam: This letter is in response to the complaint I received dated October 19, 2016. I am in the business used cars that in good repair and great mechanical conditions. I sold a 2006 Dodge Charger to the complainant, Ms. [redacted] on May 5, 2015 for $12644 with a $3000 down payment...

and she was to make $270 monthly payments. A few months ago, almost a year and a half from the date of purchase, Ms. [redacted] returned to my business and stated that the vehicle was having problems She stated she had taken it to a mechanic and they put in a new part, however, it did not fix the problem and the mechanic was unable to find the problem. As a courtesy, I offered to have my mechanic take a look at the vehicle for her. He was also unable to find the problem with the vehicle. Ms. [redacted] stopped making her monthly payments in July 2016. I wrote her a couple of letters regarding her non-payments. On September 6, 2016, I sent Ms. [redacted] a letter indicating that she was behind 3 payments. I even disclosed that I was not asking for the July and August payment however, only the September payment to avoid any further late fees. I did not receive a response to that letter. On October 4, 20161 wrote Ms. [redacted] a 2nd letter indicating that my mechanic was unable to find the problem with the vehicle. I also indicated that she was still behind in payments and late fees has been charged. I asked her to make a payment as soon as possible to avoid the vehicle being repossessed. Ms. [redacted] did not respond to my letters. On October 14, 2016 I requested for a repossession of the vehicle and the vehicle was repossessed on October 17, 2016. I have been nothing but courteous to Ms. [redacted] in trying to have her vehicle fixed and not having the vehicle repossessed after being delinquent for many months. I have reminded Ms. [redacted] that it is a used vehicle and not brand new from a new car dealership. I was courteous to have my mechanic look at her vehicle all while not receiving any payments. It is unfortunate that her vehicle is not running properly, however, it was sold as-is. I am not in the business of selling used vehicles that are not in good repair or condition as it would not benefit my business. Ms. [redacted] has had this vehicle for well over a year and therefore, her request for a refund is just not reasonable. If you have any further questions regarding this issue, please do not hesitate to contact me at my business, or by email at [redacted]@sbcglobal.net. Thank you, in advance, for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,[redacted] A [redacted]Owner
