Purchased a customized piece, and prepaid. Was supposed to have it within a week, and this was back at the beginning of Nov. failed to return contacts
We purchased a customized piece At the Christmas show in early November. Due to the customization, we prepaid with the expectation we would have it (at the latest) in two weeks. After multiple attempts to contact her she has failed to return our calls and texts. At this point we have asked for a refund of the total purchase and again to no avail- she hasn't reached back out. I believe she blocked my phone number.
Looking for refund of the product she has failed to deliver/return conversation about.
I reached out to her in a text message on 12/26 so I did not block her phone number that I was away and had no service before then and would reach out again today which I did and asked for her address to mail her the refund as they paid cash. I'm sorry this did not work out and hope to make it up to her in the future when the product can be made. Thanks
