Review: I brought my car in for inspection. The business claimed I needed new brakes, and O2 sensors to pass inspection. When I asked about the grand totall, the mechanic said it would be close to 1000. I asked if he could do it for 900 he agreed and we shook hands. When I picked up the vehicle the bill was over 2100. On top of that, there was no inspection performed. The individual who worked on my car failed to inform me that an inspection cannot be performed after O2 sensors have been replaced. I was grossly overcharged for parts and labor and am still subject to daily parking tickets. Looking at other online reviews it is clear that there is a big problem with this business. Please investigate.Desired Settlement: A refund of the difference between agreed amount and bill, and or punitive legal action against two guys autoplex. I am aware of numerous complaits against this business to the Revdex.com.

Review: Front Brake Pads and Rear Brake Pad and Rotor was replaced. Mechanic call to question if one of the rear brake caliper was leaking and I said no, as I just had the brakes checked at [redacted] but declined to have the job done due to outrageous cost. [redacted] did not find any problem with any brake caliper and would warranty its work for 1 Year. " The Two Guys AutoPlex" mechanic ( [redacted]) also said when I arrived at the service location that their was no problem with the brake caliper that he thought was leaking and everything is OK. I paid the bill and afterwards the owner (not the mechanic that worked on the brakes) wrote on my bill that I declined to replace the brake caliper that was possibly periodically freezing and stamped my invoice 'NO GUARANTEE". What a business trick. I brought his mechanic to talk to the Owner ([redacted]) and the mechanic even said their was not problem with the caliper, and when he called me about the possible leaky caliper he was just questioning if [redacted] seen a leak or just in case they did some damage because they did not get the job because they were to expensive., but his own mechanic said to owner their was not problem with the caliper and just some brake oil on the caliper which he had cleaned and checked it for leaks and found none. The owner was still insistent that the caliper was bad and would not change the "NO GUANTEE" even thought his own mechanic told him hair was no problem. I told the owner I would be contacting the Revdex.com to complain about his business trickery and not providing a warranty after payment.Desired Settlement: Issue new invoice providing a 1 Year or 10,000 mile Parts and Labor Guarantee which is exactly what I paid for and expected.
