I have dealt with this agency twice, once on purpose the second time my employees called them without my knowledge while I was in a meeting. The first time we called them it took almost 16 hours for them to tow our unit less than 100 miles, they kept getting closer calls and putting ours last. The second time they did the same thing, we took them the keys and they said they were going to get it then and 8 hours later we were on the phone wanting to know where it was, and once again we were told that we were put on hold due to other calls being put before ours, and of course they once again drop the unit off after our business hours so we had to pay an "estimated" amount so as to have a check here when they arrived. After doing the math they charged me for a 166 miles for a 70-80 mile tow. I will NEVER EVER use this company again or recommend them to any other emergency service provider.
