Two Harbors Self Storage, LLC has tried to work with Mr [redacted], yet he insists that all blame and responsibility lies with me.
These are true and verifiable statements and therefore we will be proceeding according to the certified letter delivered to Mr. [redacted] on July 9, 2015 at 11:56 AM.
All proceedings are in accordance with the Rental Agreement and all Minnesota Statutes regarding this matter. The lien is placed on the property in question be means of an over lock, meaning Mr [redacted] no longer has access to his property until paid in full.
The lien is satisfied when the sale his merchandise is sold, by a Lake County Sheriff's Lien Sale, which is to take place 0n Tuesday August 4th, 2015 at 9:00 AM.
If this should ever happen again you should check the credibility of the person lodging a complaint!

This response shows that he is avoiding the complaint he states that my Goal was not to pay if my goal was not to pay I would not have asked for the resolution that I did so that that again marks down his credibility of this company and also if he has such good business practices like he states he does why did he not and still has not provided a copy of this said rental agreement or and receipts to the money that this company has been paid he again avoided that in his response by stating that none of this could be verified by him if this company had as good of business practices as he thinks he has he would be able to verify weather his client received a copy of the agreement or not and also if this company was as honorable as they claim to be he would give us a decent chance to remove all family pics videos and other beloning of less then 50 dollars but that again has not happened and he is avoiding the whole complaint so as far as I can see this company is not worth there salt and if he had tried to work with me as said in his response why would he be avoiding the resolution to the complain that again shows hes a lier and not beiing truthful note the way he also lashed out at the Revdex.com in his response also to me that alone shows guilt because if he was not guilty of bad business practices he would work toward a resolution
