I emailed the company after the product was delivered with one of the twelve bottles damaged and leakingThey responded to my email withing five minutes and sent a whole case, overnightI had it the next morningAND I received a call that day, to make sure it had arrived as promisedThis was really well above and beyond the partial refund I was hoping forMore companies could use this kind of speedy, courteous customer service
