Two J's Auto Service

Review: I had my 1997 Acura fixed at Two j' s auto service on Thursday June 12 th. I asked them to replace two front tires and oil change to fix the belt and alignment , the pulley that [redacted] the worker at the shop stated was the cause of the vehicle making high pitched noises. I arrived at 4:30 to pick up my vehicle and it still was not ready and now he said I didn't need the belt and to come back in an hour but the car was not present. I asked where it was he said it was out for a test drive concerning the alignment but when I came back at 5:30 no alignment had been completed. On Monday the car began shaking very badly so I took it back to the shop and noticed there a lug nut missing and one was stripped. One of the workers laughed and stated haha [redacted] had your car. I asked what was funny about that and that this passenger tire was loose and needed to be fixed. He said you only need four lug nuts anyway so he tried to tighten them. I left and went home , I left my house around 2:00 and noticed it again the shaking this time it was worse so I was on 26th street on my way back to the shop and the tire flew off and the car fender bent the hood was damaged and a whole host of other things. I called the shop first to tell them I needed a tow and they were like oh the manager isn't here but I remember what happened and the car you were just here. So I walked up there and left my sons with the car. A tow came to the shop and said he was going to pick it up but never did. A gentlemen came by and said he knew a guy up the street that could help and this man owned a tow and a shop. I had them tow it to [redacted] De . The owner at Two jS said he would come and pick it up to see if they caused the damage and the owner on 41st told him that it was there fault and needed to pay them for the tow and repairs. I got on the phone and he told me he didn't care if I called a lawyer or the Revdex.com. I called my insurance company but they could do nothing . The wilmington police was called.Desired Settlement: I would like for Two J's auto to fix the extensive damage done to my vehicle. If I have to fix the vehicle I want full reimbursement from Two J' s auto.
