Inaccurate information provided by claimant The client terminated service, on short notice not allowing adequate time per the signed contract for the company to fill the time slot with a replacement client from the waiting list Reason provided for service termination stated was financial challenges The client demanded a 33% discount to retain services When reminded of the charge for short notice service termination, the client became irate and threatened social media disparagement and Revdex.com online review disparagement if the client did not receive a $discount to the account As a courtesy, the company discounted the balance due to $which was voluntarily paid by the company After the discount was provide and the balance was resolved, the company promptly emailed the client a statement reflecting the discount The client then filed a Revdex.com online review forum complaint requesting an additional $discount, however, no reason was provided for the request nor did the contact the company to request any additional discount When a member of management attempted to contact the client by telephone to question the matter, the client immediately transferred the call to her husband whom immediately began screaming and yelling in addition to threatening behavior The telephone call was terminated This is yet another example of the Revdex.com not evaluating the validity of complaints prior to posting Several news outlets and websites have reported similar challenges with the Revdex.com and their methods

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory. Even though the companies response language is inaccurate, they have sent me a refund check in the amount of $95.00, which is the only resolution I was seeking, therefore, I consider this matter closed. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Once again, Two Ladies Cleaning has provided information in response to my complaint I canceled cleaning services due to poor performance My house was not cleaned properly I was asked the reason when I terminated and that is the response I gave I was asked if I had any other quotes for new cleaners and I informed them that I did have quotes from another cleaning service to provide the same package for $ I was asked if I would allow Two Ladies Cleaning to try to match that quote and I told them that even if they did, I was still not happy with their cleaning services and would still terminate my cleaning services Again, to clarify, Two Ladies Cleaning attempted to charge me a late fee when I canceled my contract on 1/19/2018, which was eleven days prior to my next cleaning on 1/30/ They stated they were charging me a late cancelation fee based on the date of my last scheduled cleaning visit of 1/16/2018, even though the contact clearly stated you must cancel at least one week prior to the NEXT scheduled cleaning Sincerely, [redacted]

The former client has sent information to the Revdex.com requesting that the falsified complaint be removed. The former client filed the complaint in error. The former client misread the terms of their signed contract. Therefore the complaint was filed by them in error. They have
since contacted the company and apologized and sent both the Revdex.com and the company a copy of the Revdex.com document requesting that the complaint be removed

The response contains informationThe client stated that she was terminating service unless the company was able to match the competitor rate of $quoted by *** *** ***Quoted services not being equal to our services provided, a price match was not warrantedIn addition, the client did indeed terminate services without providing adequate notice of at least one week per the signed contractThe client has become irate and threatening to several members of our staffIn addition the client has violated the non disparage clause within the signed contract

Inaccurate information provided by claimant.  The client terminated service, on short notice not allowing adequate time per the signed contract for the company to fill the time slot with a replacement client from the waiting list.  Reason provided for service termination stated was...

financial challenges.  The client demanded a 33% discount to retain services.  When reminded of the charge for short notice service termination, the client became irate and threatened social media disparagement and Revdex.com online review disparagement if the client did not receive a $37.50 discount to the account.  As a courtesy, the company discounted the balance due to $10 which was voluntarily paid by the company.  After the discount was provide and the balance was resolved, the company promptly emailed the client a statement reflecting the discount.  The client then filed a Revdex.com online review forum complaint requesting an additional $37.50 discount, however, no reason was provided for the request nor did the contact the company to request any additional discount.  When a member of management attempted to contact the client by telephone to question the matter, the client immediately transferred the call to her husband whom immediately began screaming and yelling in addition to threatening behavior.  The telephone call was terminated.  This is yet another example of the Revdex.com not evaluating the validity of complaints prior to posting.  Several news outlets and websites have reported similar challenges with the Revdex.com and their methods.

I am rejecting this response because:Two Ladies Cleaning provided false information in response to my complaint.  Also, after filing my complaint, Two Ladies Cleaning has contacted me multiple times to inform me that they will file a lawsuit against me if I do not remove my Revdex.com complaint (as an example of one such instance, please see attached email from Two Ladies Cleaning).  Two Ladies Cleaning stated that I terminated services late and due to financial challenges.  I terminated services for poor performance on 1/19/2018, eleven days prior to my next scheduled cleaning service.  My next scheduled cleaning was 1/30/2018.  The contract stated that you must cancel at least one weak prior to the next scheduled cleaning in order to not be charged a late termination fee.  Two Ladies stated they were using 1/16/2018 as my "next" scheduled cleaning date, even though I canceled on 1/19/2018.  The owner contacted me by phone and I allowed my husband/attorney to answer my phone and discuss the contract dispute.  After my husband/attorney asked the owner to stop speaking so he could ask questions, the owner threatened to come to our house.  I agreed to pay $20 on my account by check (an amount I previously agreed to pay for skipping an earlier cleaning session, under the contract terms).  Two Ladies Cleaning emailed me daily to state that they had not received the payment and to threaten a late fee.  Once they received the check, they emailed me again to state that they were still sending my account to their attorney to sue me for libel.
