Broke my microwave and dishonest company with quality of service is poor, skips over services.
I received a flyer for an advertisement at a womens' event and decided to try their services. On August 2, 2023 the crew came and one of the ladies broke my microwave by swinging the door open improperly causing it to break, all of the functionality is in the door of the microwave. They offered a 25 percent discount and tried to lie to get out of fixing the microwave, I declined the offer and asked them to refile a claim. The director, Cassidy White said she would do so. I decided to give them another try, so on August 30, they came out and I reminded them to complete dusting, cleaning the tables, and mopping the floor. They acted like they were trying to skip services that were performed before and even skipped a room. I tried to use the coupon I have and they did not honor saying the person who gave them out was fired and so was the person who broke the microwave. I got an email from the director saying they would be terminating the services and that I would need a different provider. I replied back stating how I was dissatisfied with the service and that I agreed they could no longer service me due to their poor performance. I supposed this irked her and she replied back that we were rude to their employees and stated they were the same crew as before. I advised one of the ones was the same but the other person stated she was not the same person because that gal got fired as well as another person who gave me the coupon. I was appalled they would stoop this low with such accusations, as I have witnesses who were present for each service that can attest to this. This information about who was fired is something I would not know, so who is lying the director or the crew lying to get out of something? At this point, I would reimbursement for the service fee since the repairman said it could not be repaired and a refund on one of the services $150. I have never dealt with any company that would be so unethically in their practice. At this point, I'm not even sure if they filed a claim or not. Please assist!

I scheduled and paid for a deep clean. The "cleaning" done in my home was of very bad quality & not as advertised. Owner refused refund.
Single Deep Clean 6.3.19 scheduled for 8AM $266.00 Chase Freedom Unlimited Credit Card Payment:
I scheduled and paid for a deep clean 6/3/19. The "cleaning" done in my home was of such low quality that my house looked worse than the way that I left it. There was blue/white water smudge all over my dark brown cabinets in kitchen/bathroom. My floors were obviously not swept nor mopped and none of my appliances were cleaned. My baseboard was also not cleaned. My flat screen TVs were left with an oily/sticky film. Showers, tubs, and toilets also not done. Dusting did not take place. All of these things plus more was advertised on their website for the deep clean but not completed. I took pictures and reached out to the company in which they agreed a horrible job was done and offered a reclean "free of charge". However, I politely declined because I had already cleaned up the residues to prevent staining and permeant damage after capturing photos. I also explained that I politely decline a reclean because of inconvenience with schedule and that I did not agree with the type of techniques of "cleaning" used by this company (ie: water on wooden cabinets, oil/sticky residue on TVs, inability to carry out tasks advertised). I then was told that I need to speak with the owner for a refund and that he would call me within 24 hours. This did not happen, so I reached out to the company for a third time to speak with the owner. After two more attempts, I was able to speak with him in regard to everything above and was told "We have never granted refunds only recleans, so I do not know what to tell you." However, Two Maids and A Mop of Baton Rouge has a 502 bad gateway link on their website for cancellation & refund policy. There was no warning of not having a refund stated when booking this service, but the website does claim to have a "pay for performance" policy. I rated this cleaning a 1 only because 0 was not an option. So, in curiosity if the employees are receiving compensation based off their performance, where is my money going to? Regretfully, only after my bad experience did, I see other complaints similar to mine on Yelp about this company. One customer even said that he gave them a second chance to reclean, and the job was still unsatisfactory. I am currently filing a dispute with Chase for a refund.
