and the images submitted, a hard letter was mailed out to the last known address, advising the denial of the claim. The submitted photos had very little evidence to support the likelihood of the damage to the item being caused by TMM, location and appearance of the damage appears to be pre-existing and caused by other means outside of the move in question. Claim has been denied based on these circumstances.
