Thanks for reaching out to me. I spoke to our manager and he has informed me that we've contacted the customer and tried to work with her in resolving this issue. For a damage repair such as this we have a third party that needs to fix the items. The customer and our third party damage repair team...

have not been able to compromise on a time to work with one another. We can pick up the items from the customer's house after 2:30 pm and bring them to the third party damage repair team in order to compromise for this situation. In order for us to pick up the items the customer has to be present and ok with us keeping the items for a certain period of time so our third party damage repair team can fix the items. Our business is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturday from 8am-12pm. Please let us know which steps you would like us to pursue. So, Two Men and a Truck's motto is "Movers Who Care"...they do not care about your possessions. I had many things broken, which they hid on me, or taped up or just plain ignored. boom box, picture frame, coffee cup, lamp, dented my wooden bedroom set, and got mud on all four of my couches. I am finding more problems the more I unpack. Also, had to have a second truck come the next day because the first guys decided to skip lots of stuff AND the garage. When I called several times to report, they offer a pittance to replace things, and I gradually got furious and demanded half of my money or something more than the $25 and $50 they offered. No dice. Their safety net is a clause that says since they offer to replace or clean things up, they don't give back money. THIS WAS A BAD IDEA, I ADVISE ALL TO NEVER EVER USE THIS BUSINESS.

I hired Two Men and A Truck to move my belongings from Oshkosh Wi to Sturgeon Bay Wi on September 30th. I gave them accurate information as to the amount of belongings I had...how many bedroom sets, etc. Early afternoon the movers announced that the "truck was full" and they could take no more. leaving me a host of items behind. I said that they should have brought a larger truck...they said they only have one size truck. What...you asked me how much stuff I had...no one ever told me there was only one size truck and when they were done I was out of luck!?!? My move also went $400.00 over estimate and I spent the next month returning to Oshkosh (Approx 200 miles a trip) retrieving my belongings. I also ended up injuring myself trying to lift my belongings by myself, not having any help available to me. I phoned and spoke to [redacted] who agreed to call me back...but never did. A week later I spoke with [redacted]'s boss who was possibly the owner. When I asked why I wasn't informed that they only had one size truck and couldn't accommodate my move he quipped 'Do you think I should turn away business?" He also said he would call me back but never did. As a side note, they also did the same thing to my boyfriend who moved the day before..he will be filing his own complaint. I guess this would fall under a bait and switch. The physical and emotional stress they caused me was great.
