They Never return phone calls ( ***) and anyone in there office Even before getting the bid! I come home today there are NON ENGLISH people spraying down my house? I had no idea where they were fromThen finely got ( men & brush) ? NO EnglishNever signed a contract or finished color choices? Should have called the policeJust something wrong doing business this way and dangerousThey had my gates wide open, lucky for them my dog was in the house Family owned ? Must be because most company's would have fired *** years agoTerrible communication even before they do a jobSo what do you think the service will be like after finishing ???? NOT GOOD

I was very happy with the friendly, helpful staff at Two Men & A BrushThey were professional and did a great jobIf I need additional work done in future I would go with them again

I did have a few bumps with this company and some communication issues but once we were all on the same page all my issues were resolved and I was satisfied with the work I had done in the end

Two Men And A Brush hit a home run with us, they sent a man crew led by *** out to resolve some initial issues with the job and just did a fantastic job, we are very pleased with the work done on our homeThey were very professional and thorough they went over everything even things we did not see! Awesome job guys!

The staff is great but the painters are below average and here's why:
***, who is the wife to the owner was pleasant and gave us a proposal to paint all of the upstairs interior with a variety of color schemes to choose from The proposal included texturing all of the family room because the lower wall section had wood paneling over bare drywall which was removed The proposal was total cost was added at the bottom but the addition for the texturing was inserted in the middle after the total Consequently, we ended up ahead a few hundred dollars because of this and also because her addition wasn't correct
***, the first painter met with my wife and agreed to match the family room texture to the dining room texture The next day my wife had to leave town for a family emergency *** took it upon himself to do things his own way and use a different texture and only texture the area where the wood paneling was removed (the cheapest and quickest way) When challenged about this he stated he did it this way because that was how it was stated on his work order (he doesn't see the proposal) and offered to blend in the texture at the transition but not retexture the whole wall *** also had his son helping him and *** was very demeaning and disrespectful towards his son Also, *** was very negative towards his boss, ***, stating that she doesn't know what she's doing My conclusion was that there was a lack of communication between the Proposal and the Work Order
Enter, *** the next painter with Two Men and A Brush, who came out a few weeks later to fix the texture issue *** was to come out Saturday to finish the job but did not come out or call He made some excuse about taking someone to the hospital He did show up on Monday and did the texturing but really didn't have experience with the texture that we required and had to experiment to get a close match, but not perfect My wife had to constantly inspect them and have them fix the texture where there were texture gouges Overall the texture was okay but not great *** said that he would come out early Tuesday morning to paint Again, he did not show up and my wife had to call He finally showed up late in the afternoon
Overall the painters have some attitude issues, are good painters, but not very good at texture

They did a fine job and the crew went out of their way to open my upstairs windows! They started a week ahead of schedule but called firstI found it odd that I was never given a receipt after I paid for the work, and never was presented with something to sign after completion

Charged for work that was never completed, won't answer phone calls and refuse to correct these unfinished issues. This business is not to be trusted, there salesman David Fleming sold the job with the understanding they would do two coats on the exterior and even a third if needed scrape all old caulk and re-caulk with a fifty year product, prime as necessary pound in nails, paint roof vents and give a 7yr warranty on labor. Sounds great, but they only did 1 coat of paint and left most of the trim work unfinished no roof vents no nail pounding no caulk, overall very poor job! We have tried 5 times to have them finish but they never show up!

we talked with them at the home show in Colorado springs in Feb 2015. after doing some research we found that there were some problems but they had all been taken care of. the price was the best of the 3 companies and the paint type was the same across the board.
first problem came with them sending a crew to do agreed to ceiling repairs. the crew that came out had no experience in sheet rock repair and floating. the second crew called me and asked it I had tools at home they could use for the project.
then the guy who was supposed to be the project manager lead me to believe he was still working with the company. but he confessed to me after several calls that he had left the company 3 weeks earlier.
I cancelled the contract and fought with 2 men and a brush for 3 weeks to get my paint and a refund. had to go to their place and pick up the paint (loaded the paint myself they offered no help). the y did give me a check for some refund. But then after it was deposited, that's right you guessed it, the check was rejected by my bank for insufficient funds plus a $12 charge for bad check.

Two Men and a Brush Inc was suggested by our real estate agents to paint our house. They did a great job on painting the interior and exterior of our house. I live abroad and was selling my house in the Springs, but even with the 8 hour time difference they were easy to get a hold of and gave us updates to the status of the job mostly due to inclement weather. They were quick, tidy and fair priced.

It has bee a pleasure working with Sevin and Juan. They have been extremely proffessional and helpful dealing with insurance. The painter and roofers were extremely qualified and did a fantastic job on the houe. I am completely satisfied with the way the house looks.

thanks again,

I contracted with two men and a brush to paint my house and the deck, before starting the job they asking for more money because the deck is too big and there sub painters do not want to do it at this price. I agreed to pay $500 extra to finish the deck. They do not have enough experience to do deck they tried to take the old coating by pressure washer, I advised them to rent a machine but they do not listen and they said we can not do it after they made a big mess on the deck they finished the house painting and left the mess for me. I paid them the full amount for painting the house. I just want to prove there is nothing impossible I rented the machine and grind it, painted by my self. They are not expert and I do not recommended them to do any job. They do not confident that the quote they submit to the customer will be accepted by there sub contractors. They gave me a very hard time.

Company owner gave me such a sense of security that I chose him on the spot. Work quality was exceptional. All of our neighbors love it. Our experience was amazing.

I initially got 3 quotes to have the front and side of my house painted, using the same colors. 2 Men and a Brush were not the cheapest, but the sales pitch sold me. The guy came in with a quote that was way over the top at first, but after cheapening our paint to a lower grade of [redacted], he came in with a better quote. He said his crew spoke English. They arrived a week later than agreed on and were power washing the back of the house and had already done areas that were not even in the area to be painted before I could get them to finally stop. They had no clue where they were supposed to be working and did not speak English. The day they arrived to paint, they finished in 2 hours from setting up to cleaning up and seemed so proud that they had 3 full cans of paint left over. They did not paint even half of the agreed upon area and did not speak English. The guy that was supposed to supervise only showed once. It was up to me to point out the side of the house that visibly only received one very thin coat of paint and to direct them to finish painting the front of the house and trim. They did re-shoot the upper half of the area on the side and did finish painting the front of the house. Two days later, the supervisor had not contacted me, but I find that my visa card had been charged with an unauthorized charge...the remaining 3/4 of the payment. The finished job had not been inspected by the guy that was supposed to supervise and we were not given the opportunity to sign off on the job. It was just done. I did call the office and voiced my concern and told the office manager about my issues with the workers and the lack of supervision since I do not speak Spanish and they clearly did not speak English. I was told to help appease me, they would send me a gift certificate for a meal....to which after 2 weeks I have not received. They are all lip service and are inferior in quality painting. I cannot recommend this company.

Two Men and a Brush Inc was contracted to paint the entire interior of a town house in Colorado Springs, CO. The job included using a primer of Kilz or similar product to paint all walls, ceilings and closet areas. This was to include behind the installed appliances and to lower the ceiling fixtures and painting under the fixtures as well as removing all wall plates and painting behind these. This was to eliminate the strong smoke smell. Where there was holes or damage to the sheet rock this was to be repaired. Then a top coat of paint was to be applied to the walls and ceilings as well as the other mentioned areas: closets, light fixtures, and wall plates. This work was to be completed by 10-8-2014.

First the work was not completed on the scheduled date. After numerous calls and exchanges with [redacted] the reginal manager most of which went to no avail we were finially able to determine that the first crew never painted the second coat of "downy" the finial paint color on many of the walls and ceilings. Only the primer had been applied. A second person was assigned to complete the work. This person completed some of the sheet rock repair and repainted some of the painted areas that were not done properly. This still did not complete the work and many areas remained unpainted. In addition the first subcontract had told us that they had painted interior shutters but this work was never done. The second contractor did complete this work. While work was being done many areas of overspray and paint drips took place including on the carpet which had just been cleaned as all the work was supposed to be done by 10-8-2014. The second contractor completed some of the clean up but there was still much that was not done. Finially we were able to get [redacted] to come to the address. He agreed that there were areas that were not painted with the finial paint color and that there were areas that needed clean up.

During this meeting I found [redacted] to be very arrogant and antagonistic. [redacted] did agree to have a third contract come to complete the work. We tried to make him understand that a moving company had been contracted and that they would be moving our furniture in two days from our meeting. We could never get him to agree that the work would be completed by then. This move in date was November 5, 2014 nearly a month after the original work was to be completed.

We were not available to let any one in the home which we took possesion of on 10-8-2014 from 10-16-2014 until 10-30-2014 due to being out of the country with previous planned commitments.

Based on the service we received I would never do business with Two men and a Brush, Inc or any company managed by [redacted]. We still continue to find areas that require clean up of paint and are taking care of it ourselves as we have no confidence that the work would ever be completed by Two Men and a Brush, Inc in either a timely or quality fashion. After having many electrical ceiling lights replaced we have also discovered that many of the light fixtures were never lowered and painted underneath.
