Mrs ***, has had a freeze damage to her spa along with someone tried to fix the leaks with some sort of paste or part compoundUpon arrival we noticed some damage to a diverter assembly, we ordered the parts and returned, We removed a
small section of PVC that was damaged from freezingA few days later she said it was still leaking, (not from our repair) we returned and found that the part compound was placed along the fitting on the pump, we tried to clean it off to get a better sealWe were unable, so we suggested replacing itShe refused to spend anymore money, so we told to try and use a product that sometimes fixes some drips in PVC pipingShe agreed, only after slamming the door in my technicians faceIn order for this product to work the spa pumps need to be running, the only way to do this was to turn her heat upThe bottle does say to turn the heater down but we found that it doesn't hurt the heaters, if it did I'd replace itIt was up to customer to keep an eye on her spaUnfortunately the spa drained out probably due to the bad fitting on the pumpWe can not be responsible for every leak due to the customers neglectOn all leaks we tell customers it's a process of eliminationWe fix what we can see and test the systemMore than likely we have to go back because of the freeze damage that was causedVery rarely are we able to get all the leaks fixed on one tripCustomer is upset because of the cost due to her neglect of her spawe understand it's get costly to repair spas we try to work with everyoneWe were willing to go back and see what caused the spa to leak completely out, but when she called threating we decided against itShe can always call one of the owners and try to work this out, they are very understandingGM

Everything they said is a lieThe only true statement was that it had been attempted to be repaired prior toThey said they fixed the one thing the first time they came outThe only thing that was wrong with it was that one leakThis was in the middle of August and they said it was due to freeze damage, which is not possibleThere wasn't anything wrong with the pump - it was never neglectedAs far as me slamming the door on the technician's face, it is not trueThey did admit to turning the temperature up on the tubThe Leisure Time Leak Seal bottle said not to turn the heat up, but they didThe person who worked on it prior to can attest that it had not been neglected and only had the one leakIt was only years old, so it was practically newThey're saying whenever they came back to put the stop leak on it, the guy told me it was leaking from the jetThey caused it to leak from that jetThis is why I was argumentative with them, but I never slammed the door in his face

We have refunded the customer an agreed upon amountHe said he would remove the complaint once he received his refundWe mailed the refund check last week
