Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/05/31) */
Per our tariff with the ILCC and as discussed prior to the move, we charge drive time to the move and the estimated drive time back. This is all outlined in the estimate documents and the pre-move letter that Mr. [redacted] received prior to the move....

Two Men And A Truck has already credited back part of that time in the interest in customer service but we feel this additional request is not justified as verified with GPS truck tracking.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/06/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My phone record says otherwise. The driver called me at 8:24am saying they were leaving and arrived in less than 15 minutes while they claimed that they left much before that in the moving paperwork. Please ask them to provide the GPS record instead of they just saying they verified w/ the GPS record.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2016/06/07) */
Mr. [redacted]'s starting premise that we charged for one hour of drive time is incorrect. After the credit, the total amount that has been charged to Mr. [redacted] is thirty minutes. In his statement he claims a twelve minute drive time from our office to [redacted] Dr. and sixteen minutes from [redacted] Way back to our office. That was all empty truck time.
What Mr. [redacted] is failing to add in is the drive time between [redacted] Dr and [redacted] Way when we were transporting his goods. This commute is ten minutes if there isn't any traffic.
With the drive time to [redacted] Dr, then to [redacted] Way and then back to [redacted] Rd, we come up with forty minutes of travel time. (again all assuming no traffic and hitting the stoplights perfectly).
The original invoice was for forty five minutes of drive time. Therefore, the fifteen minutes we credited Mr. [redacted] was more than sufficient to cover any discrepancy. It seems as if Mr. [redacted] is having trouble understanding the paperwork issued to him at the completion of the move. We are more than happy to discuss how to read the paperwork if he calls our office.
