They moved & damaged many items & put bed together wrongNot accountable for damage or missing items.Manager denied our verbal agreement of $ 6/7/17, men & too small truck, left bedwheel in yard, damage to doors, furniture, boxes I packed were opened & things missingTraveled days packed car after move & injured my elbowSubmitted claim 8/6/17, w/pics to [redacted] several times over many days, she claimed did not receive picsIn touch with her for months dragging their feet, not available until I said lets get this over She stated to me over the phone she would send a [redacted] to my home to fix bed, chaise lounge (large upolstered w/ wood curved legs) leg was broken, door jam & send a check for $I said OKWhen [redacted] came, he gave me an agreement to sign & had check in sealed envelope which he did not give to meI read agreement, the amount was $75, not $like she saidI called her told her there was a typo, she said not that's all you get for damages

two men and a truck moved me on June They broke two pieces of glass in my breakfront, filled out a form and said it would be taken care of
It took many phone calls to finally speak with *** the manager He called me a liar saying it was repaired and that I gave them a five star rating All untrue I went online and gave them a terrible review and went on yelp and complained Only once did someone (one of their vendors) call and say that they had to take out the piece to measure the glass The piece is over seven feet tall and cannot be taken out that easily The move itself was a disater They rushed, jacked up the original price, and were slopppy with my furniture I have since gotten rid of my couch It was dragged on the pavement and torn I have not heard a word since I hung up on *** following his call me a liar I am also in sales and would never treat a customer that way

On Friday afternoon I scheduled a move from my neighbors house to my house THERE WAS NO CONTRACT That night I went to my neighbors house to see the object to be moved and it was in bad shape I went out of town for the weekend and I called numerous "men and a truck" movers The ones I did get called me back to confirmThere were other ones that the message box was full I did not have the number with me I called at 7:a.mon Monday morning to cancel again - no answer until 8:- the time they were to be there No confirmation - No update- No contracts They have told me that because they arrived they want to keep my deposit of $ Of course, I will deny all charges because of their conduct Someone could have called me, someone could have confirmed, someone did not even confirm the morning of the move They have indicated they will not work with me on the price - I even requested that- however, to no avail This company and their employees think they can tak
