Review: I discover Two One Two Realty while searching online for apartment and studio rental. On December *, 2015, I visit Two One Two Realty office on [redacted]. I met with One Two Realty retailer consultant [redacted]. During my visit I complete my application, so after [redacted]reviewed apartment availability within my budget, schedule an studio apartment visit, I like the studio apartment that was showed to me by [redacted]. I stress to [redacted] due to the holiday I rather move on February *, [redacted] reply perfect that will allow more time to get the apartment ready.December *, 2014, I summated my application for approval. Before we parted [redacted] request a $900.00 deposit to hold the studio apartment. I made the deposit with my visit [redacted] Credit card and fax over six month of bank statements. I text and call [redacted] numerous time for conformation about my approval. Retailer consultant [redacted] ignore all my calls except for when I call from a unrecognizable number then he will he pick up.December **, 2014,[redacted] defraud me to believe Im approved for the studio apartment, and stated an interview is next for final approval. Since then Ive contact [redacted] by phone and text and he refused to return my call and text. Moreover, I lost trust and discovered Im being scam. I contact my bank quickly for help to retain my $900.00 deposit and that is currently pending.January *, 2015,I ask why havent you returned my calls and text? [redacted] claim he lost his phone, he then apologized and ask for a second chance.January **, 2015,The most recent excuse from One Two Realty is, I learn this information from another retailer at One Two Realty. I request a full deposit from [redacted] and he refused to acknowledge my request and know they are plotting a bait and switch, by requesting to view other apartment.Also, I request my entire document with my personal information return and they refused to fulfill my request.Desired Settlement: Message to; [redacted].You are making a big mistake defraudingAnd treating me like this. I do not want any problem and you are creating problems. Please do what right; please return my full $900.00 deposit. I need to protect my credit so please return all my documentations with my personal information. Please destroy all my personal information on your electronic devices.

Review: Extremely unprofessional and unorganized company. I was told I would have to come all the way up to their office to fill out paperwork and we would be able to view apartments, meanwhile I get there and nobody is aware I'm supposed to be there. The lady I spoke to originally never responded back to me, and I had to speak with someone named [redacted] on the phone while at their office, who told me I have to fill out the paperwork give him all my information including my social security and only then he will show me apartments another day. Ended up leaving the office because I refuse to do business with such a dishonest and unorganized realty company when there are so many out there.Desired Settlement: They should have a responsibility to not misconceive their customers by luring them into an office on [redacted] uptown only for them to force them to give their personal information before even viewing an apartment.
