I am rejecting this response because: He refused to fix anything on the suv! The car then had a plugged catalac converter. The cruis controll dosnt work the intake still leaks raidator fluids. Brakes had to be done. The dealer refuses to repair or to even look at my suv because he knows the lemon law says after three attempts he will owe me aother car. I had to fight with him to put on used tires since the old ones had 0 tread according to good year. I called dealership to try to fix situation and rich said the boss is mad you called better bussiness beaure good luck getting anything done. I do plan on sueing for deceptive Bussiness practice in court. I only have had suv 2 weeks as of this letter. If He had been honest most things could of been a cheap fix but most things happened while I was driving the suv.
