I am rejecting this response because:Although I did read the fine print, I am complaining because this business rents tubes for this experienceThe tube they rented me was faulty FROM THE MOMENT IT HIT THE WATERIf the tube was not faulty my experience would have been 100% differentRenting tubes with holes and then claiming they hold no responsibility it poor businessI am requesting a refund for the one faulty tube rental

We absolutely disagree with [redacted] version of her complaint At no time did we state she “broke” the tube At no time was she treated rudely – we just did not tell her what she wanted to here Below is word for word the Tubing/Boat Rental Agreement This is signed by our tubing guests when they sign in It clearly informs them of the dangers and risk involved with an outdoor un-predictable experience It also clearly states for these reasons refunds are not given under any circumstances Tubing / Boat Rental Agreement I understand that tubing, canoeing and kayaking are outdoor and un-predictable experiences There is inherent risk involved with river activities I acknowledge that my participation in a river trip entails known risks and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties I understand that river activities can be strenuous and river conditions are unpredictable and will vary due to weather, water flows and other elements By signing this agreement I verify that I understand that each person is responsible for their own safety and that I assume the risk of injury or accident to myself & those that accompany me I have read and agree to comply with all the tubing rules and regulations as posted in the office and or on the grounds I agree that I understand and voluntarily accept the terms and conditions stated herein I understand that under NO circumstances does Two Rivers provide refunds for river activities The below tube renter hereby agrees to release Two Rivers Campground, Inc., its officers, employees and volunteers of all responsibility and liability for loss or damage to property and injury to person(s) arising out of the rental of tubes, canoes or kayaks from Two Rivers The renter further agrees to indemnify TRC, Inc., its officers employees and volunteers, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the renter or any or any member of the family or guest of the tube/boat renter Jodi ***

Renting tubes with holes and then claiming they hold no responsibility it poor business. I am requesting a refund for the one faulty tube rental.
