I have moved timesI have never ever had luck with movers until I hired Two Strong DudesThey were the most professional and honest movers I have ever encounteredI was not an easy client, changing my move date four timesI never heard a complaintTHe three "dudes" were incredibly hard workers, friendly and really showed concern about my moveIn fact, I thought something had disappeared from the move, and in fact it was 100% my faultThe owner (xxxxx) was willing to make good, even though his "dudes" said nothing was missingAgain, totally my fault, but the owner wanted me to be satisfiedWOW! Don't even think of hiring another moving company

Fantastic company, Courteous, Efficient and Fast movers moved all my stuffand I have a lot of stuff and heavy furniture, from a 2nd floor apartment to a story house, within hoursNothing was damaged Very reasonably priced

If you are looking for a first class moving company this is it!!!! I have used them times in months, with different crews each time, all being very professional, fun, and super strong!!!! They were careful with all my belongings, and thus far nothing was brokenThey don't stop until the job is doneI would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use them again!!!! No matter how complicated your move they will make it happen!

Two Strong Dudes Moving exceeded our expectations by more than we thought was possibleThe three men (xxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxx) were so fast and efficient with our move we kept telling them how amazing they were every time they cleared a roomAll our furniture/appliances/fixtures were wrapped in blankets before being moved, and all loose items were secured in plastic wrappingThe guys were polite and respectful of our old apartment and the new apartment, being careful of corners, floors, and doorwaysThey had a great system for unloading that kept the entire move at hours, which was important to us as we were being charged for the time they were workingWe only had one pair of sunglasses (in a suitcase) that were broken but everything else was in great condition when unpackedI would highly recommend Two Strong Dudes to anyone looking for reliable, reasonable, and respectful movers!

This is a GREAT company! They were easy to contact, fast, and did an AMAZING job packing my moving truckI was moving from ** to **, and called this company with less than hours noticeThey showed up and got the job down for a reasonable priceI wish there were more businesses that were as upstanding as this one! This is the first review I've ever written and the only reason I did is to warn potential customers Micromanage to the fullest and never leave the crew unattended I have moved more than a dozen times in my life, and this is the worst experience than all of the other moves combined I was moving all of my household goods out of a busy apartment complex in xxxxx to a storage facility in anticipation of a long distance, out-of-state, move
The moving crew called me upon arrival outside at 8:54am They parked and entered my apartment at 9:am, but they started billing me at 8:45am They were very polite and got to work immediately; however, they needed to be micromanaged because they cut corners and did not handle my household goods with care unless they were being watched Several expensive pieces of electronics were dropped inside boxes and wouldn't have been wrapped with any type of protective paper or padding unless I said something Once the items were packed, they were routinely left unattended in a common area next to the exit closest to the street When the items were moved into the truck, they were again left unattended with the truck door open on a busy city street I took all of this into account and upon meeting the moving crew at the storage unit, I told them I could help by checking off items from the inventory as they moved them into the storage unit The crew notified me that they didn't document an inventory, a line item checklist, or even a total number of items in the move This was unacceptable and I quickly contacted xxxxx, the Assistant Office Manager, who was fantastic with the planning and coordination Unfortunately, she was unable to help me and passed me off to xxxxx, a co-owner What a disappointment It became clear that xxxxx had no formal training in customer service because of her terrible attitude, rude behavior, and textbook rebuttals to pass off any responsibility that her company should have assumed Anyone that has been trained in customer service would understand that under no circumstances should the business talk over, yell at, and insult the customer The customer isn't necessarily always right, but the customer is still the customer Textbook The discussion started with my question about not having an inventory She replied with her company's reputation, their Revdex.com rating, and their reviews; none of which were relevant to my question How did I know if all of my items were accounted for? That was all I needed to have answered She never asked me what could be done to fix the situation and how I can be satisfied with their service Instead, she further replied that it wasn't in the their policy to conduct an inventory and I should have specifically requested that, even though this had been intuitive with every other mover I had ever conducted business with She began to raise her voice, so I raised my voice She spoke over me, yelled at me, insulted me, and at one point accused me of wanting something for nothing when I asked her to make the situation right I wanted an inventory of my goods, which she was willing to charge me additionally for, even though it should have been proactively completed during the move At this point, she was so rude and talking in circles, I requested to speak with someone else She wasn't able to accommodate and she asked me to explain my story once again because she was going to document everything I started to explain my story again, but I noticed that she clearly put my on speakerphone At this point, I ended the conversation because there was no reasoning with an unreasonable business After I ended the call, the moving crew notified me that they finished offloading the truck and moved my goods into my storage unit They walked me inside to inspect the storage unit and as if to prove my inventory point, both elevator doors opened and I saw a dresser, a framed picture, and two small boxes inside one of them xxxxx, another co-owner, called me a few minutes later and although more polite, responded the same way It wasn't in their policy to conduct an inventory and since all of my goods were off the truck and in the storage unit, they no longer assumed any responsibility Again, there was no reason to continue the conversation I settled with the moving crew and even though the move was complete at 12:27pm, they continued charging me until 12:45pm due to my ongoing discussion with xxxxx over the phone After the moving crew left, I inspected further and found my xxxxx TV speaker ($400) and a large art portrait ($550) shrink-wrapped only and left loose with no protective paper or padding My inch TV ($3,000) and inch TV ($450) were only wrapped with one pad and shrink-wrap, but no cardboard box stuffed with more padding for protection I found a lamp ($150) that was completely loose with no padding, paper, or shrink-wrap There were also several furniture corners that had bro

This most recent move was my 3rd time using this companyEach time, they have been courteous, professional, punctual and willing to go beyondThe pricing is fair and there aren't any surprisesThey know their jobs and do it wellI know I have at least one other move coming and know for sure who I will be calling!!

The crew was very professional and careful with our belongingsThey took the time to wrap and pad everything, but moved quickly and efficientlyHighly recommended

When another company failed to show on moving day, the owner called and fit us in at the last minuteThis was wonderful for our family as this big move was being fit in between medical treatmentsHe and his crew worked long and hard until midnight getting us moved in, all with a very positive attitude and literally running up our stairs to get as much moved in as possible, even though they work on an hourly basisI would recommend this company very highly!

We all know moving can be stressful and in the past I've had several bad experiences with movers being late, bad attitudes and damaging my furniture I had none of that during my move this weekend! I can honestly say Two Strong Dudes was the best moving company I have ever worked withThe guys they sent were quick, efficient, courteous, and personable They did a great job wrapping my furniture as well ensuring there were no scratches or damage to any of the pieces

We had the best experience with Two Strong Dudes and their employees. These gentlemen arrived at the appointed time and quickly went to work. They were polite, respectful, and totally knew what they were doing. The crews supervisor "xxxxx" was very professional as were the rest of the crew. They continually asked our input to make sure everything was being done the way we wanted. We will be moving again when our new home is built and we will be calling on Two Strong Dudes to move us again.
