I am writing in response
to the complaint ID *** made by *** ***We understand Mrs***
feels as though she hasn't been properly supported as a
new home owner and we apologize that she has had a less
than desirable experience with Two Structures Homes.In the
complaint Mrs
*** states that she is having issues with items that were on
the punch listOn March 27, I personally called Mr*** and reviewed
the punch list and marked items that still needed addressed and created a new
listAccording to my records everything aside from the paint touch up has been
resolved and the reason being that we could not get the customerto schedule a time
with the painterSee letter dated on 7/6/17.•Please see the included supporting documents:Original punch list emailed to Sales.Reviewed list and new items 3/27/17.Our warranty list with our notes.Copy of the letter sent to Mr& Mrs*** 7/6/17.Pictures of filled holes in yard.Customer incident report dated 7/26/17.Scathing review made by the customer stating various items incJuding that we installed ''used appliances" and that we "killed" them with change orders.Copy of change orders that the customer approved and paid for totaling over $30,000.Two Structures, LLC has
made every effort to appease Mrand Mrs***, however, they continue to be
unreasonable and difficult to work with as you will see in item #Our suggestion to the customer is to read
the Construction Guidelines and How to Take Care of Your New Home booklets that
were given to them when they signed the contract and to contact Professional

I am writing
in  response to  the complain t ID 1[redacted] made by [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] called jn  her warranty claim that there was a
leak coming in through  her 
garage ceiling on July 25th In response to this claim a roofer was called to come do an inspection...

of
the  roof and to locate the leak. However, the roofer
called the [redacted] and  was told  that
they wer-e on vacation and that no one would be able to schedule with him. The  roofer was never  contacted again by the [redacted] when they got back intown.OnAugust 25°' Mrs. [redacted] messagedour warranty department to inquire as to why her roof has not been fixed yet. I
replied that our roofer was not able to schedule
with her due to the conversationdetailed above andthat I would call him one more time toget this resolved.September 10th, Mrs. [redacted] messagedour warrantydepartment againsaying that theyare still experieacing leaking.Weare currently addressing the issue with the [redacted]the best we can.The only wayto tellif the leak has been fixed is to wait until it rains. As longas the[redacted] communicate with usand our trade partners we will get itfixed.
