Two Trees Inn at Foxwoods

Hello, I booked a hotel room for 1 night at *** at Foxwoods. The morning of there was a weather storm so I called the hotel, there was an automated message saying that due to weather the hotel will be giving back refunds due to the weather; and to please call back. I called the hotel, for the first few calls I made to them, they couldn’t even find my booking. Once billing for back to me, they found the booking, they understood the issue but couldn’t refund since it was booked through *** using *** points. So I contacted ***. They told me they can’t refund since *** (which has an agreement with ***) are the ones that booked it FOR ***. After calling *** they told me they can’t refund since the Hotel, *** at Foxwoods denied the request for a refund. I called *** again, they got *** on the line and got the hotel on the line. But again, the hotel denied this request.
