Review: My vehicle was damaged on Park Kwik's property due to negligence on 12/**/15. I have been a loyal customer prior to and after this incident until today.
I was misinformed by Wilmer V[redacted] who stated, in addition to other things, "this is private property, the police cannot come in here and give you a report".
After speaking with this business' employees, NYPD attempted to convince me to not file a report although the damage to my vehicle clearly exceeded $1000. Please note: I filed a complaint with the CCRB about this. Also, this business has a ~$350,000 contract with NYPD.
I was informed that this business would cover expenses related to this incident.
As of 1/*/16, my account has been charged in excess of $1500 in expenses related to this incident.
Below is the text of an email received from [redacted]:
"[redacted]"Desired Settlement: This business is fully liable and should be directly billed for all expenses resulting from this incident.
