In regards to the complaint below: Items are listed in stock in the website and this is updated several times a week Sometimes two orders can come in at close proximity and this can cause a backorder while the website still shows in stock The customer was notified of the backorder and did receive a free drop ship from the manufacturer This was the expedited shipping that was promised He does have the product that he ordered and the only other service we can offer now is a full refund if he would like to return the product Thanks for reaching out and please advise if there is any other information that we can provide clarification on

The business did not inform me of the backorderI had to contact them after one full weekThe company still had the item listed as in stockI attempted to do a full refund when I called but I was told that it would have occurred a restocking feePeople who work for this company are not all on the same pageI would like to see a discount refunded for the trouble

The employee at two way direct told me that the expedited shipping that was promised fell through the cracks and wasn't processed

In regards to the complaint below:  Items are listed in stock in the website and this is updated several times a week.  Sometimes two orders can come in at close proximity and this can cause a backorder while the website still shows in stock.  The customer was notified of the backorder and did receive a free drop ship from the manufacturer.  This was the expedited shipping that was promised.  He does have the product that he ordered and the only other service we can offer now is a full refund if he would like to return the product.  Thanks for reaching out and please advise if there is any other information that we can provide clarification on.
