Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As stated in the response from the business owner, he replied that I got a tracking number several days before the item was shipped, this is totally untrue Also as stated crudely by the business, that it says [redacted] times to expect 2-weeks for delivery, I don't remember seeing that, I do remember 2-weeks and it was after that much time had passed that I put in this complaint.I did finally receive this item but was surprised to find it was a piece of crap I can understand why the business want's you to take them off the Revdex.com website, they have an appropriate F, we all know what the F stands for Sincerely, [redacted]

currently filing criminal cyberstalking against her also. She is only contacting you because she is mad we filed legal action already against her at the beginning of June

It says no less than *** times on the website it can take 2-weeks for deliveryIt says it when you make an order when you place the orderWhen you receive your order receiptAnd when you contact me. This item was shipped prior to this

I am rejecting this response because:  As stated in the response from the business owner, he replied that I got a tracking number several days before the item was shipped, this is totally untrue.  Also as stated crudely by the business, that it says 4 [redacted] times to expect 2-4 weeks for delivery, I don't remember seeing that, I do remember 2-3 weeks and it was after that much time had passed that I put in this complaint.I did finally receive this item but was surprised to find it was a piece of crap.  I can understand why the business want's you to take them off the Revdex.com website, they have an appropriate F, we all know what the F stands for.

To the customers complaint: The customer identified to you the complaint date as 5/7, and said they contacted my company that day. According to call records, and email records, the customer did not contact me until 5/8. And the email was replied to within 72 hours and complied with the customers...

demands. Customer was told to return the product according to my return policy, and the product was received 5/20, and the return will be processed on 5/22, the first business day after the weekend.
