Purchased voucher for archery lesson; service not delivered. Vendor will not deliver service because Twongo has not paid them. Twongo unresponsive.Paid $19 in Dec 2013 for a Twongo voucher, a Christmas gift, valued at $39 for one archery lesson with [redacted] Voucher #XXXXXXXX-[redacted]. I contacted merchant early in May to schedule a lesson. Spoke with [redacted] at archery school who said Twongo is not paying them so they are not honoring Twongo vouchers anymore. It is disappointing, but I understand the school's position and do not blame them. So I contacted Twongo through its website (they do not list any customer service phone number) and on 5/14/14 filed a request for assistance, ticket ID: [redacted]-XXX-XXXXX. I got an automated response confirming receipt saying that their agents will get back to me asap. I have never heard back from them. My voucher is now expired. The voucher I have is worthless and Twongo is unresponsive. I am seeking a refund of the money I paid Twongo ($15).Desired SettlementI just want a refund of the money I paid Twongo ($15) for the voucher. The voucher is worthless, as the vendor won't honor it due to Twongo's poor business practices. Twongo apparently sells deals and then does not pay its vendors. My gripe is not with the vendor. It is with Twongo.

I purchased a $150 voucher from Twongo for $75, but the vendor says that he was never paid by Twongo and that it has gone out of business. Can you tell me if there is some way I can get a refund of the amount I paid to Twongo?Desired Settlement$75.00 refund

Companies are not honoring the vouchers I have purchased and I would like a refund, but I have not heard back from Twongo.I had purchased a twongo voucher for $225 in August 2011 for roof stain removal. This voucher did not have an expiration date. I called the company last year to redeem the voucher but could not get in touch with them. At that time Twongo gave me a credit for the amount. I used part of the credit to purchase another voucher in December 2013 for an archery lesson. I tried to redeem this, but the company said that they are not honoring the vouchers because Twongo hasn't paid them. I have tried to contact Twongo but have not received a response. I would like a refund of the full amount of the original voucher that I purchased of $225.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of the $225 that I paid for the original roof stain removal voucher.

I purchased a coupon through Twongo for services, which were not provided. I was promised a refund, which has yet to be provided.I purchased a coupon on 11/29/2013 for a landscaping deal. I tried for 3 months to get the company that the coupon was sold for to provide the services. They never provided the services. When I contacted the landscaping company about it, they claimed that Twongo never paid them any of the money they were owed for the coupon and refused to provide me services until Twongo paid them. I reached out to [redacted] (owner of twongo) to find out what was going on and was put in the middle of a he said she said. I do not have the time to deal with Twongo's poor business practices and also chase down a landscaping company to provide owed services. I asked [redacted] at Twongo for a refund, which I was promised in writing on February 27th and have yet to receive anything. I am done chasing down Twongo who has had multiple similar issues in Raleigh locally and simply want my money back as at this point I consider what [redacted] is doing theft. I am owed $65 for the coupon and want my money back. This will be the last time I deal with Twongo.com.Desired SettlementI want my money back for the purchase of the coupon, which was $65.More info received from the consumer 2014-03-07[redacted] refunded my money. This complaint can be closed. Thanks.

I purchased credits to use on future Twongo vouchers/dealers. Twongo has not had any listed on their website in a year. I would like my $43 back.Throughout the past 3-4 years, I have purchased Twongo deals. I also purchased Twongo credits to be used on future Twongo offers/deals/vouchers. I have purchased several over the years and used a portion of these credits; however, I still have $43 in unused Twongo credits. There have been no new offers on Twongo.com in the past 6 months to 1 year. As such, I've requested a refund of my credits on April 8th, per ticket # [redacted]-XXX-XXXXX on their website. I have not yet gotten a response. I filed a second ticket on their website under ticket #[redacted]-XXX-XXXXX. I also sent a follow up email on ticket # [redacted]-XXX-XXXXX to find out the status. To date, I have not gotten a response from anyone at Twongo. I would like to formally request a refund of my $43 for the third time.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of $43. This can be sent in the form of a check to my address or via [redacted] to [redacted].com. I no longer have the credit card they have on file for me.

Bought a $79 Twongo for a company that went out of business before we could redeem. Contacted Twongo MANY times over 7 months for refund, no response Details below from emails to/from Twongo-we have NEVER been contacted back by them (other than automated email responses):FIRST CONTACT, 4/9/14:Hi - we've been using Twongo over the past couple of years, and all has been well. However, we've had a problem with one of our recent purchases. I copied the information from our account on your site and pasted it below:[redacted] $79 for Up to Three Hours of Deep Home [redacted] from [redacted]10/13/2013 10:29:56Certificate 1 : [redacted] Print Mark as Redeemed 03/31/2014 $79I'd called this company several times and not received a return phone call. The calls were made early in the month of March, PRIOR to the expiration date of 3/31/14. We were out of town for 2 weeks from 3/19 thru 4/2. Again, I want to stress that the calls I made were BEFORE this time to get the cleaning scheduled. Never received a call back. I also called them yesterday to see if we could work something out-it didn't seem fair that I DID make several calls a few weeks before we had to go out of town. And now today, I clicked on www.[redacted]com, and [redacted] comes up, stating that their domain name EXPIRED on 4/7/14 (just 2 days ago), and is pending renewal or deletion. Did these folks go out of business? And if they did, is there any recourse for getting back the dollars we spent for the Twongo? Please advise ASAP.AUTOMATED RESPONSE, 4/11/13:[redacted] and [redacted],Thank you for contacting us. This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. This is an EXPIRED deal that I have contacted you about TWICE. Each time, I received an automated response that someone would get back with me. After several MONTHS, no one has. I had tried to call this company multiple times, but they never returned my calls, so I was not able to schedule their service. PLEASE get back with me on this to let me know re: a refund. So far, we've had no issues with our Twongo deals, but I'm more than a little miffed that you have not gotten back with me. My next step will be to report them AND YOU to the Revdex.com if I don't get a response from you.FOURTH CONTACT, August 5, 2014:I just sent you another message re: the deal I had for [redacted]. Just saw on your site that this deal did NOT reach the minimum number of buyers, so it was cancelled. If this is the case, would I not get a credit for what we spent on the deal? I see on my Twongo account that I have no credits listed.PLEASE get back with me about this as soon as possible.Desired SettlementWe want the $79 we spent on this Twongo offer refunded to us immediately!
