I purchased a battery for my radio from ***.
The battery was advertised for the radio model I own (Yaesu VX-6R). When I received the battery via mail, it was out of spec and did not fit my radio.
I contacted *** multiple times via email and web site form, and did not receive any reply.
I called the phone number listed on their website X (XXX) XXX-XXXX and spoke with a man who said his first name was ***. I requested a return address where I can ship back the battery so I could get a refund.
*** promised that the company would contact me within 2 - 3 days, but I never got a return label or return shipping address. *** refused to give his last name or the name of the owner of the company.
When I call *** again, I cannot reach a live person. The company website has no return address listed, and no way to leave a review.
I believe this is a dishonest seller, they do not honor the promises they make to their customers. I need help returning the battery and getting a refund for my order.

Refund I would like the seller to refund the money I paid for the falsely advertised battery. I would like the seller to send me a return address for returning the order, or a return shipping label.
This complaint has been resolved. The merchant has refunded the money for the defective battery.
