I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis man is completely full of himselfHe is a downright liar and anyone at the wedding can tell you this The deejay that we had hired for the wedding can tell you this alsoHe stated if you want a formal letter from him explaining what he heard and witnessed then he will be more than happy to oblige Everyone in the building heard this man swearing up a storm and running around like a crazed lunatic because the food was not done like it should have been! Yes this was a drop off service and was arranged to be dropped off at 7pmIt is not our fault that he has no time management and could not get the food done on time We paid for adults and there were only there, and there was no where near enough foodWhen we asked him about this he tried to come up with a lie days later and tell us "oh it was in the kitchen" Now how are we supposed to know there is food in the kitchenIt is not our place to go into the establishment's kitchen The waitress that we hired through him was supposed to serve food and cut cake, that is what she was hired forShe served some food and they stormed off together and that was itShe was nowhere to be found for the rest of the night I do not feel we should pay for her service at all As far as my mother in law is concerned, she was not rude to anyone Asking for a tray to be refilled is not rude, especially when there is a line and people are waiting for her to fill themThe waitress did not clear ANYTHING, and how would he know if he supposedly left while she was serving? After the wedding myself and my wedding party cleaned all plates and cups from all the tables along with silverware, tablecloths etc We even had to clear the catering table and trays that held the foodThis man did shove my step son, about people seen it happen No excuse me or any kind word or gesture was usedAs you can tell from him having to bring up about my husband's dentures getting jammed when we did our cake smashingGeorge Dolce is disgusting, rude, has no customer service skills, and better look at himself before he has the nerve to talk anything about anyone at ALL! As far as flowers go, good for him trying to suck up to my mother in law after the way he talked to her and treated her You are a horrible man for ruining her last son's wedding night You and your "waitress" completely ruined it for her, and had her crying mid reception because she was drenched in alcohol and told that she was going to have the cops called on herHe should be absolutely ashamed of himself and his behavior And yes we did call him and request half of our money back because the service was downright horrid, the food was undercooked after the first trays, he was rude, disrespectful, talked about the bride & groom and others He stated that "oh he would reimburse us $and put it back into my bank"Well I'm sorry but no I am not accepting that after the wedding night that he ruined for meWe paid $for the waitress alone and I definitely want all of that back because she did nothing I would also like to know why he still has my bank account information This man does not need to have a business with his temper, mouth, and actions Regards, [redacted]

Have no idea what she is talking aboutcomment about bride smoking-yes, I did say something, more like," I am surprised to see a bride smoking in her wedding dress."George stormed out half way and not dealing with these"a-holes"Yes, I left after the food was servedbut no comments were made and I was never suppose to be there.This was a "drop-off" and I stayed because they never provided anyone to assist the waitress that was suppose to clear, fill the buffet,and cut cakeThe waitress never cleared, cut cake & spilled drink on mother-in- law-The waitress did clear, after the wedding party decided they hated us they told the waitress they were cutting the cakeThe waitress did bump into the MOTG and she did apologize.8.The men broke down the tables-good they were supposed to do that.Basically, this was supposed to be a "drop off" they paid $per person.They wanted to eat at pm and we had the food out hot and ready at 7pm.But because the wedding party was outside smoking, and then, the bride smashed cake into the grooms face,so he had to go outside and remove his teethThey started late by minutesWhen the MOTG "got crazy"When I spoke with the MOTG she was rude, and I unfortunately used a tone I'm not happy withSo, I sent her flowers afterward and the bride and groom wanted money too.They could not believe I was taking care of the MOTG and not them.To the best of knowledge, this is the first and only complaint to the Revdex.com in over years

Upon reviewing [redacted] concerns stated in her follow up to the Revdex.com,  I respect that Mrs. [redacted] has formed her own perception of what has occurred at her wedding reception. If I felt her anger about how thought "things" went,  I would be upset too. However, the [redacted] were provided 1. hot food2. ample food3. food on time4. delicious food,and5. service from waitressAny initiative the family took to cut the cake or clean was by their own choice.The one person , I believe I offended, I apologized to, sent her flowers and paid for her dry cleaning.Also I apologized to the groom for not handling the incident with the "offended" person as well as I would have like to.Thank you, Greg Dolce
