I have to give this business a top rating based on multiple reasons. The owner is friendly, respectful, dependable, thorough, & very reliable. He has a handful of employees working with him, all of which are equally as business oriented & professionals who take pride in their work as well as helping their boss continue to expand his ever growing business. I had a routine appointment with Dr. Danielle [redacted]. - Paul [redacted] is my regular doctor. She had no bedside manner. During the exam I was struggling and was not able to read; she told me that was due to my extreme dry eyes. She prescribe lubricants and for me to come back for the test. At the check out they told me to pick up the prescription for my glasses per what Dr. [redacted] wrote on my chart. I inform them that she did not complete that exam and told to set up another appointment.
I received a bill today and when I called requesting explanation. The accounting dept told me that I came for a consultation and Dr. [redacted] wrote that I came complaining about dry eyes. I told her it was not true. I asked her to check. She called back and said that Dr. [redacted] did confirm that I came for my routing exam and that the exam took a different direction. I told her that no one told me that and I had the right to know once it was not longer a routing exam. She said the billing stands as is.
This is not the right way to treat patients. I then cancelled my scheduled appointment.
