Review: I recieved a text advsing the I was going to be charged 9.99 for a service I did not subcribe to. When I texted bak STOP per thier instructions to cancel it charged me to use service. I never got verification that service was terminated. They illegal obatined and charged my account.

In fact I never opted into your service but was somehow enrolled by default. I have attached a screen shot of the reply I received from your company stating that I would no longer receive charges or messages. Since that date I was charged on:3/1/12 $9.995/26/12$9.993/26/12$9.994/26/12$9.995/26/12$9.995/30/12$9.99On 6/1/12 I send another STOP message (see screen shot with attachment #2)I received a text reply that I had opted out and would not receive any more charges.I received a second text reply that I am not subscribed & will not receive any more charges or messages.Yet I continued to be billed:6/26/12$9.997/26/12$9.998/26/12$9.999/26/12$9.9910/26/12$9.9911/26/12$9.9...⇄ sent a 3rd STOP text but I have not received my June statement from Verizon so I cannot confirm if the charges will continue. This is an absolute outrage that your service can continue regardless of how many times a consumer opts out or requests to be deleted from the service. I wonder how many other consumers are falling into the same trap. This needs to be remedied as soon as possible: 1) Confirm I will no longer be billed for the txtearth service 2) I am refunded the money that I was inappropriately charged when I clearly cancelled the service numerous times.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the months of service that I clearly cancelled. 17 months X $9.99 =$169.83 plus Verizon miscellaneous charges added to txtearth fee.
