Keywize Pools did do a remodel at Mr Sester's home. Keywize Pools was hired to put new acrylic on the decking so we grind down the existing decking, prepped, skim new protection and then applied acrylic lace finish. I did tell the homeowner that althought we fixed his cracks in the concrete spider... cracks do come back do to expansive soil in the Gilbert area. We did not pour new concrete just new finish so we cannot control his existing decking. As far a broken pipe, this is the first I have heard of this issue and will reach out to Mike to get more clarification on what pipe he is referring too. The only other actions at his home was a new waterfall, and equipment installed. We have never heard of issues with any of the work performed. David, Keywize PoolsTell us why here...
I will reach back out again to the customer and do all I can to resolve this issueThis is the first I have heard about any issues with the decking and I will resolve that for him
Partial progress has been made One leak has been fixed and the deck has been fixed though repair is evident on the surface Leak was confirmed to be from Keywize,s demolition on the old water feature Vacuum still does not work and Meywize needs to address Also grout cracking on pool tiles has not been fixed

This is a lie. We discussed the pipe and owner told me he won’t take responsibility because I did not pay extra for them to do a start up and learn how to use the pool. I have owned multiple pools and know how to turn one on. As far as the decking goes I agree he is not responsible for the concrete except for one crack that was to be explicitly addressed in the remodel which has returned. Also the deck surfacing he admits to applying is coming off and cracking. Tile grout cracks were worked performed by this company as well. Please address. Thanks
