Hello [redacted] , In working with us at Littlefield house you have completed substandard workWhen given the opportunity to fix it by [redacted] , you declinedYou charged for items that were not agreed upon on and then showed up on a daily basis demanding paymentEven chasing one of our managers around the office when she asked you to leave until she called maintenance because she was so uncomfortableYour lack of professionalism as well as common decency is appallingThe grounds that [redacted] or myself are discriminating against you is unfounded and offensiveIt is my understanding that we have paid all the invoices we have received on work that was authorized and barely acceptablePlease detail what your requested amount is for so that I may clear up the confusion more thoroughly Best Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

Thank you for the feedback, I have taken this feedback and
utilized it in many different waysI have reviewed all e-mails between you and our staff
*** went above and beyond to assist you with a sublease when it is not necessary for
us to even allow it*** stepped in as the manager and did everything anyone could do
in her position to address your concerns and clarify any other misunderstandings.At this point
I agree that any efforts made by our Tybray Team to mitigate your experience would not suffice
Moving forward, I would like to request that you no longer communicate with any
Tybray staff members other than ***, the property managerAny abuse that
you feel you have encountered as a tenant, is not at all a practice of
Tybray nor do we as a company tolerate the samePlease be reminded that per
the contract subletting really isn't an optionAs stated in prior emails and
via tele, Tybray wanted to work with you and allow a subleaseTybray would
like to move forward in completing this process and we look forward to the
fresh start with the new tenantWe wish you well in your new journey!

At this time the work has been completed except for the following.
The HOA is sending out a contractor to address the roof concernsOnce that is complete we can patch the affected area
We removed the old weather stripping and the new weather stripping supplies are on order
and this will be finalized by end of next week.

I am rejecting this response because: Despite *** stepping in to try to resolve the issues I have experienced, there still has been continued miscommunication surrounding the sublease and paperwork requirementsThe employee who has been at the root of the communication issues from the gis still involved, making it feel as if my complaints were not taken seriously and/or not cared about enough to elicit upper management handling the remaining necessary steps to close out this sublease issue***, you yourself have been intentionally looped into several email chains and have never once picked up the phone to address this issue directly with me.
Outside of the miscommunication, the new tenant that I found to occupy my unit informed me that when she visited your offices she was met with lackluster attention from the same employee that I experienced communication issues withThe new tenant said: "I really don't think she has any idea where the complex is, what it's like or anythingShe was clueless."
Lastly, I have tried calling the office on several more occasions since submitting this complaint, and have had to leave a message every single time because conveniently when I called ***, ***, and *** were all conveniently "tied up" or "in meetings." I would get an email about an hour later from them though
If you would pick up the phone and handle tenant issues and complaints directly, efficiently, and MOST importantly with correct information, you would not put yourselves in situations where tenants feel as abused as I have through this processAt this point in time I cannot imagine what you or anyone at Tybray could possibly do or say to put my mind at ease over the debacle that has been trying to sublease my apartment over the past nearly two monthsTybray Property Management is the worst management company that I have ever encountered, and you and everyone there should be embarrassed at your lack of professionalism and capableness as a team
Again, I reject your pathetic excuse at an apology or attempt to mitigate my experience and hope to never have to communicate with you regarding housing ever again.
