Tycos Roofing and Siding

During the Covid-19 Pandemic I had Tycos come out to my house and replace my roof and siding. Scott was terrific and helped us in every way you could image in picking materials and design. The project came out beautiful and we are very pleased with the result. We did have a few minor issue that were quickly corrected to our satisfaction. We are now planning on having me them out to replace 14 of our windows.

The project came out so nice that we actually have people knocking on our door to tell us how beautiful the house looks and wanting to know who did the work.

We are getting our roof replaced and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we have received thus far. Scott has been working diligently to make sure we purchase the right color for our home. After making several stops to our home with samples and endless emails, I was able to finalize on a color. Scott continued to remain professional and patient with my indecisiveness. Can’t thank Scott enough and looking forward to our NEW roof!!

I met one of their sales consultants, Scott, while shopping at Home Depot. I asked if he could come by my house at some point to look at my roof because I was thinking about replacing it. Within a couple days, he had emailed me a detailed estimate that included a few options with different price points. I appreciated that he didn't feel the need to pressure me and offered the different options. He came back out, went over everything with me and helped me decide what made the most sense for my situation. It was a quite refreshing experience compared to other companies I had met with. We got all the details worked out and they had a new roof on my house less than 2 weeks later. The work went quickly with no issues and the new roof looks great. Scott kept in touch with me during the process and came back out when everything was done to make sure I was happy. I would recommend to anyone that they should have Tycos come out if they are considering replacing their roof.

Was being proactive to replace 20 yr old asphalt roof obtaining quotes (~3700 sq. ft., pay by check). In midst of getting quotes roof leaked due to big storms in June 2019! Taking this into account in my quoting, Tycos offered to put tarp over leaking area for free until job starts. This was one of my deciding factors to go with Tycos. John on sales end was by far the most pleasant of all quotes I got, not pushy, quick meeting, and was the only one that came with satellite estimate of roof details to give accurate estimate. Once down payment given, it was a bit disconcerting that it took them 4 days to get promised tarp on roof (the longer the wait, the more potential ceiling drywall damage from rains). John also left the impression that there would be a site supervisor involved during the whole process. This was absolutely not the case. The site supervisor Jon (no "h") called to let me know the day crew was arriving. On day install began, only the crew was present (nice guys, worked exceedingly hard from ~7:30a to sundown). After first day, crew said nothing and just left. There was zero communication on how much longer project would take at end of first day. I would not have taken the full day off work if I knew this. It ended up taking 2 full days given size of roof. After first day, my sons and I in the evening took advantage of rented dumpster to throw out some old stuff around home we did not need. Walking to/from house/dumpster my shoe got stabbed twice with nails. I had to visually make sure driveway was clear so my car tires would not get punctured going to work the next morning. Jon the site supervisor spent a total ~15 minutes on site at home AFTER job was finished to quickly hop on roof to look at completed job and collect the final payment. Final cost ended up being $4.30 per sqr. ft. for CertainTeed Landmark shingles and 20 year Tycos workmanship warranty. Overall, I would recommend Tycos, but site supervisor needs to be more communicative and involved during install.

Tycos has completed several projects for us over the last 2 years and we have been very happy with all of them. The first project was replacing our roof. It was done quickly and looks great so we had them replace the siding and install new gutters. Once again, everything was completed quickly and now our house looks incredible. I want to say thanks to Tycos for helping guide us through the stressful process with these large projects.

I have the only House on our block with three stories. I have a very steep incline on the side of our house. The crew that came out not only handle that very steep incline but they did all this in the midst of a heat wave. My hat goes off to the Crew that was sent out Alex who was in contact through out and the Office that was very understand and thorough. Everyone that I had contact with was respectfully and easy to work with. I highly recommend TYCOS for any Roofing or Contracting work anyone with a need.

We were really in a mess after our kitchen ceiling collapsed. A bad storm had hit the night before and we knew we needed to contact several roofing companies. After contacting Home Advisor Tycos roofing was at the top of the list. Diane called us right away, and was so friendly and quick to get someone out to us. Tycos was at our home the same day we contacted them. Paul was extremely concerned for our situation and offered a strait forward affordable plan for our needs. From start to finish the new roof and new guttering was seamless. We give Tycos Roofing 5 stars all the way!

These folks did a great job of estimating and scheduling our new roof and gutter covers. Work was performed professionally and the clean up was complete. Would use again and would recommend.

I got 4 quotes before going with Tycos. This was a big job. Roof plus gutters. The price was a little lower than the others but they don’t cut corners. Robert provided good follow-up without high pressure. He explained the benefits of the Certainteed system and answered all my questions. Nobody else had a good answer for how to properly vent a complex roof structure. Alex and Adam are very knowledgeable. The work crew was quick and they did a great job cleaning up. Reserving a 5th star until I see how it works out over time but I’m not expecting any issues.

I used Tyco for my roofing job. It was a complete roof. Removing existing shingles and repair woodwork and replace with new paper and shingles. My roof is about 27 squares and it was done in 1 day. Team was really efficient and did a great job. The cleanup was also first rate and I would recommend this company to anyone.

We recently had Tycos remodel our kitchen. I'm in love with my new kitchen! Hands down, I would recommend them to our family and friends. Robert was the lead in the job and he was awesome. The team members and owner were also GREAT. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. If we do any other work to our home we will be calling Tycos for sure. A+. I think we will even miss having these guys around!

After researching estimates, Tyco construction co had the best price and the highest quality of products to offer. My sales rep Robert, was very professional to work with. He made sure that the job was done correctly and on time. He was always checking to make sure the job was running smoothly. He also answered any of my Questions. I highly recommend Tyco for any construction work. If I have any further work done, I would definitely request Robert for the job.

I hired this company to replace my roof. We ran into some unexpected issues and they were handled beautifully by Robert, the general contractor. The roof looks beautiful, the workmanship is top-notch, and the service impeccable. I would highly recommend this company (and Robert) to anyone looking for a quality roof.
