Review: We ordered a vanity and paid $1700 for it. Two of the three pieces arrived. We called the company and they kept saying they would call back, but never would. After almost two weeks, someone named [redacted] finally said that they didn't have the other piece and that it would not be available for almost three weeks, but that they would ship it immediately. I have now been trying to reach someone for almost a month, we still haven't seen the other piece, no one answers the phone or returns messages. This is a fraud.Desired Settlement: I either want that missing piece immediately, or a full refund.

Please note we received a letter from Revdex.com stating you were trying to get in contact with us on Friday 06/**/2013. We have never received any additional phone call neither emailsince our May correspondence.We reach out to you and left 2 voice mails about this issue.We are working with the trucking company to get this issue taken care of,but we will also need some time and pictures of the unit you already received requested 05/**/2013. We do not want you to pay for a whole new unit neither half a unit which wilt not match the paint scheme of the

unit you already have.Pictures will need to be sent to us so we can forward them to our claim agent to aid them in recovering a full replacement cost of the whole order. We have the trucking company search for the missingitem in all terminals for almost 3 week and they came up with nothing as you already know. We send this information requesting this last month on 5/**/2013 and didn't get a reply. The reason behind this is that the shipment was sign for clear COMPLETE and UNDAMAGED we have attached what the carrier sent.

Also please note this issue was report to us almost 3 weeks after item were delivered. The time frame was more than 7 days as stated on our web site. Which is why it's so hard for us to file a claim on missing goods. Trucking companies don't horror anything that has been in

your procession for that period of time with nothing said.

We do asked that items are check at the time of delivery and allow 7 extra business day for reporting conceal damage or anything else which seem wrong with the shipment.

Silkroad Exdusive who is the maker and shipper stating that there is almost 100% percent chance that the item would not match the other half if it sent. If this is ok with you and you are ok with that color scheme not fully matching then we can work out sending out the missing half as your requested. Please note we still need pictures of the unit you have in your possession. We are sending out a free cabinet value over $900 free to you,all we ask that you cover some of the cost of shipping this unit since the item was sign clear for over 7 days. Total cost of shipping $215 you pay ( $102 ). After claim has been fully process and reviewed and if accepted by the trucking company in any way we will issue a refund for $102. We want to deal with you as fair as we can. Once you sign anything statingit ok and everything is there,it's hard to prove thatit wasn't must less over 7 days of having the unit.

If you accept we can get a unit right out today 06 [redacted]2013 this is the best and the quickies offer we have at this point until further notice. If you accept we ask that you check all parts of this item before signing anything.Let the trucking company know if the item is short or damage and point it out or let them take it back. Iwill give you a call to aid with this process.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I got a call from [redacted] at this company after filing this complaint. He claimed they had been trying to reach me. I verified my email and cell phone number. He said he was sending a form that needs to be filled out and call him if I haven't seen it within an hour. I never saw the form, and called back to say so later that day. As usual I got a voicemail, and have heard nothing back. That was two weeks ago. I have made numerous attempts in the last two week to contact this company AGAIN, to get them whatever information they want. I have left voicemails with my direct cell phone number, no response. I can provide copies of my cell phone records to prove I have received no calls from them. This is ridiculous. Why would I dodge calls from them when I filed the complaint because they don't respond? They clearly are dragging this issue out. As for the time frame of the claim, we had no way of knowing that an entire pallet was missing. A pallet showed up in good shape and we accepted it. [redacted] already told me months ago that the shipping company acknowledges that they never delivered the second pallet. If they want to ship a whole new unit so the color matches, great. Just do it.
