Review: I hired the owner, Nicolaus Marquez, to take care of a rental property of mine. Over the course of almost 2 months, he failed to water the grass properly, let weeds get out of control, and left many of the plants and shrubs overgrown. I spent the weekend pulling weeds including one that was taller than me! There are areas of the lawn that are completely dead. I had planned on charging him for all of the damage and cleanup, but instead decided to move on a ask for a full refund. He refused and offered me a refund for 1 month of his service. That is not acceptable to me.
