There is no definition (time frame) of shortly. We have previously requested a response concerning this matter and did not receive one. I am concerned that this will be put off by Islander RV. We would like this issue resolved with a date provided.

The compliant has been resolved as we were able to show before and after pictures of the trailer that insurance had taken unbeknown to us. Islander has replaced the panel on the side of the trailer that was damaged while parked on their lot. Thank you.
