Thank you for bringing our attention to this matter [redacted] first contacted us in July 18, regarding coverage for his Volvo S He agreed to purchase a vehicle service contract on August 3, On August 29, Mr [redacted] set his plan for auto payment.On September 4, contacted customer service stating that he was being evicted from his home We extended him a stay on his November 3, bill given his economic hardship Keeping him enrolled in the program so that he had coverage for any unexpected auto repairs during this time of need Mr [redacted] was grateful for our generosity and kindness On November 9, Mr [redacted] contacted us expressing further concern about his hardship and a desire to maintain coverage for his vehicle We took the extraordinary effort to work with him on his payments.On December 3, Mr [redacted] requested to change the payment card he was using on his account We put the account on hold for him to provide the new card Mr [redacted] never provided a card and defaulted on his payment The contract was cancelled by American Auto Shield for non payment.Mr [redacted] had coverage from August 11, through December 3, His total amount owed during this time period was $ The total amount paid during this period was $ The disputed amount of $is greater than the amount paid to American Auto Shield.We are very proud of our customer service teams efforts to support Mr [redacted] during his time of hardship and continued coverage of the service contract in the month of November which Mr [redacted] had not paid It is this level of commitment and communication that we encourage in our corporate culture.Mr [redacted] had coverage for his vehicle should he have had a breakdownWe had five constructive conversations with Mr [redacted] always culminating in satisfaction and appreciation.We are unable to process a refund for an amount greater than the amount paid.We appreciate your support in clearing our name in this matter.Warm regards,CarTection

Thank you for bringing this to our attention We appreciate the opportunity to respond to and help in the resolution of this matterAs [redacted] Car Care is the administrator/obligor of your service contract, we have no authority or influence over claims procedures We contacted [redacted] Car Care to inquire about the claim in question, [redacted] stated that he was unable to provide detailed maintenance recordsThe last maintenance record provided was months prior to [redacted] having an issue with his vehicle? [redacted] has chosen to cancel his Vehicle Service Contract with [redacted] Car Care I cancel from has to sent to [redacted] and once it is returned, I prorated refund will is issued

Thanks for providing the additional information [redacted] .CarTection only makes calls to people who submitted a requested for further information online Our phone records indicate that we have only called [redacted] one time We called [redacted] as our records show she submitted an online request on 1/27/at 2:22pm from IP Address [redacted] [redacted] provided her Vehicle Information, current miles of 71,as well as her email address [redacted] .The one call we made to [redacted] , she told us she has already received numerous calls about her vehicle and was not interested in purchasing a Vehicle Service Contract At that time we added [redacted] to our Do Not Call List.I would be happy to come down the our local Revdex.com offices and share our records and also provide the recording of the one call we had with [redacted] [redacted] will not receive another call from our company

We are unable to refund his money because his vehicle did not breakdown. No different than health insurance, you don’t get money back if you didn’t get sick or have any health emergencies.Mr *** had coverage from August 11, through December 3, 2016. His total amount owed during this time period was $730.60. The total amount paid during this period was $307.24. The disputed amount of $is greater than the amount paid to *** *** Shield.We appreciate your support in clearing our name in this matter.Warm regards,CarTection

I ask for a full refund they never once said any thing about prorating anything they said acacelation fee of dollars it add up more than dollars and this whole company is rude and they don't stand by their word,by the way they send someone out to see if everything was alright with the transmission they know it was installed correctly.They said a full refund no matter what

I personally spoke to the individual that they are saying does not work for themFirst, I like to know why it has taken so long to receive a response. There claim that they only deal with on-line inquiries is a contradiction since I have received so may calls which are traced back to them.

Care to inquire about the claim in question, [redacted] stated that he was unable to provide detailed maintenance records. The last maintenance record provided was 16 months prior to [redacted] having an issue with his vehicle?  [redacted] has chosen to cancel his Vehicle Service Contract with [redacted] Car Care.  I cancel from has to sent to [redacted] and once it is returned, I prorated refund will is issued.

complaint.  [redacted] stated they approved a claim to replace Mr. [redacted] Transmission. [redacted] paid $3,117.18 to have Mr. [redacted] transmission replaced. It appears the mechanic Mr. [redacted] used to replace the transmission did not install it correctly.  Any further inquiry or complaint regarding the claim denial would need to be directed toward [redacted] through the Denver Revdex.com, as stated in the contract you received.We do show that your extended coverage has been canceled, as you requested, and you have been issued a prorated refund.  A check has been mailed to the address listed in this complaint.   Regards, Customer Service Department
