the attached statement sent by *** is unfortunately a total fabrication
his order was placed and sent in a timely manner ... it was sent back to us within 5-days of its receipt .... he went to master card or visa ( not sure which )
and filed a complaint for a full refund with our bank CHASE we provided chase with all the back up details necessary and subsequently paid for arbitration thru chase
we won the case and the monies were credited back to our account
** *** , sent an email approxmonths past this judgment and politely requested new merchandise be made for him as a sign of mutual good faith
we advised him that we had all his merchandise in our warehouse from the initial send back -- of course as technically this was his goods we could not dispose or alter any of the product .... so when asked , we returned all back to him to the same address we had sent the original shipment
he came back over the last week advising us that this was not the address he wanted all to be sent and now has passed all these threats and condemning statements to the ny Revdex.com feel free to call me to discuss *** *** ***

To whom it may concern: The statement made by *** *** is actually the complete fabrication of everythingWhen this oderA was placed on Dec.*** I was told it would be done in 4-wwwks and guaranteed to be completed by Jan*** at the latestI have this is several emails from the sales rep *** ***I also have emails of this sales rep apologising for guaranting 4-weeks when a order this big takes more timeI also have a taped recording of the conversation of myslef and *** *** after the guaranteed date had passed and I wanted to cancel the orderHe understood and told me the *** would call me and confirm the cancellation and he apologize for everything that has happenedI also requested the item to only be shipped to the address they were given if if was in on timeOnce the guarantee tine had passed they shipped the item even after I said to cancel it and the shipment was received but not even close to being completedThe items that were partially received were sent back to the senderI continued to wait for this call from the *** and never got any call from himI then proceeded to file a claim with my bank in which they did rule in favor of *** *** bug only bc they had proof of the item being shippedThat is now back under pending status bc I sent then emails and the voice recording of the sales repI contacted the company hoping to come to a solution on this issueThe company offered my the gear I ordered in DecThat stuff was then shipped to the wrong address and I had to pay to have it redirected bc there was no help from this company on the matter I was actually told by *** *** that they have been thru enough with me and I could handle it from hereI responded with why did you even ask me for my address if you were going to ship it the wrong one regardlessI received the boxes and it is missing itemsI contacted the company and they said it must of been from when they first sent it to usI took pictures of what was received then and what was received nowIt's the sameMissing pair of blue pants, full set of pants, sets of hats alsoI would think a reasonable conclusion could be that I should get exactly what I order and half the amount paid returned to me for the non guarantee delivery date and the constant issues with communication with this companyI also asked *** *** about the guaranteed date and he told me in January that he had lost all his emails and had no remember guaranting that dateHe apologize and said he would contact his warehouse and male this a priorityHe then told me a day later that the *** was not possible but the *** should be fine*** came and passed and he told me he would overnight them the *** but then they came in to late and he couldn't get them here in time bc the traffic on new York at the airportThe *** I called him and cancelled the orderThey shipped the order Jan ** after I cancelled the order.It arrived Feb *** and was in my partially there I did not want to file a claim with the Revdex.com but I was instructed to do so by my LawyerI would like this to just be resolved honestly and both parties some what satisfiedI just don't see that happening.

I am becoming very irritated with the constant fabrication and mis leading you are claiming. I have emails also and here is a look at one where your sales rep accepts blame for messing up.

here is some additional back and forth between my company and the complaint issuer ....it continues to appear that this consumer , in my opinion , is exhausting all efforts and attempts to recoup monies that are for product we executed as per request and delivered within a timeframe agreed upon ... this once again was found true by the chase bank arbitration team ... his efforts to have us remake goods versus taking the original product was rejected , now that we sent all back to him INTACT he claims all to be missing pieces and wants 50% of his original monies back ....
this has also been his claim via phone , he changes his stance and what he needs each time ..
I offered in good faith , with no obligation , to discount new goods for any additional needs he has, but once again this was rejected..
I am requesting that this Revdex.com claim be dismissed , and if im correct , this may be 1of 2 that have ever been charged to my company since its inception in 2008 ..

Review: Softball Uniforms delivered later than agreed apon date. FL delivered to wrong address and sent back from person that received them. Told I would get a full refund and never received anything. Waited months trying to resolve with company and now forced to file a complaint here as I am at a complete loss.Desired Settlement: Just a refund in cash or check. I would say store credit but the issues I have had I don't trust anything would get done correctly. So just a refund.

Review: This complaint is in regards to a custom hockey jersey order. The jersey order was contracted, priced and designed to include player names and numbers on the back side of jersey. The jerseys delivered by Tyja Sports only included numbers on the back. The salesperson was aware that there was a problem. I contacted Tyja Sports immediately upon inspecting the order and was told it would be corrected and to discuss matter next day with [redacted], [redacted]. Upon speaking to the company [redacted], [redacted], Tyja Sport acknowledged the mistake and agreed to remake the order correctly. The agreement to remake the jerseys entirely was reached because the jerseys were not manufactured properly to begin with and did not allow for names to simply be added as the numbers were placed too high on the back. Other "fix" option of removing the numbers, lowering them and placing names would not work as stitch marks would be visible.Upon contacting Tyja to proceed with remaking the jerseys, they no longer remembered the agreement and refused to remake the jerseys. The only options offered to correct the mistake was to add small names above the numbers or names below the numbers. Have ever seen a sports jersey with player names below the numbers?? The order total was $2,082.56.Tyja Sports communication and handling of the entire order process was disgusting and unprofessional. They simply pretend that they do not know what you are talking about and refuse to refund money. This was a custom order that was not delivered as promised. They should not be operating as business in good standing. I cannot imagine that this is the first time they have taken advantage of a consumer. Other consumers should be aware of their practices and avoid them.Desired Settlement: Tyja Sports should honor the agreement to remake the jerseys correctly and stand behind their work.If not, refund money.
