and secure place for students. Tyke Town informs each parent at enrollment that we reserve the right to dismiss any child whose presence is detrimental to other children. In this case, we did speak to this child's mother each evening for weeks regarding our concern for this child's behavior. (The father rarely came into the center). As this situation increasingly became worse and created an unsafe environment for other students, we knew that we were unable to provide child care anymore. This was explained to both parents in detail, specifically that our staff cannot provide one-on-one care that was needed. We refunded this account for a week and a half of payment and promptly mailed this to the customer.

We feel this comment doesn't run in congruence with our request. We were given 167.00 simply because we paid the facility in advanced and our child did not attend. We would still like an additional 2 weeks refund (238.00) for the duration of time our child was at the facility and did not receive proper care. This will cover the transfer to our current daycare. Our child has been placed into another daycare and is doing just fine. Our child comes from a family with both parents present and the child was not picked up by the father regularly because he was at work. Both parents spoke to the owner of the facility and staff, however, no real explanation other than infrequent "temper tantrums" and typical toddler behavior was given.
No child was ever harmed by our son. No child was ever in danger. These are false and slanderous allegations. The comments prove this facilities practices are flawed. Actually accusing a 4 year old of being unsafe? This is a monstrous allegation which needs detailed proof. We would also like all documentation showing exactly each situation where our son was exhibiting behaviors that were causing "an unsafe environment". These statements cannot be used against a child without adequate proof.
Our son does not exhibit this type of behavior at home or at the daycare he is currently attending. This is why it is imperative that someone investigate this issue more closely. This facility has also had issues with supervising children in the past. A year ago a child actually left the facility unknowingly and was found down the street at a local business. This information was not disclosed to us while our son attended.
