I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAt this point, it would be a waste of my time to dispute anymoreWhen the owner of a business makes a comment that if there's problems he will take care of it, he should stand behind itTalked wife out of one thing and shows her different flooring and says this will be perfect, but shows the flaws in the sub floor which we were almost insisted on installing by the owner and son who came and did the measuringAgain told without the luon it won't look good. To us when you spend the money we did, you expect a excellent jobWe didn't hire the crew to do the install.....they are subed by tykesWe did get a small amount back on labor on the vinyl portion from the installer not tykeAll money was due the day of the install, both materials and labor. As tyke said said more than once the day we picked our items....reputation is everything! Guess I'll know better next time
