Review: [redacted] of New Image Landscaping, previously Tykes Lawn Care, agreed to reimburse me $300 after being dismissed for not providing services in a timely and agreed upon manner. He paid $100 on July 14th and promised to pay $100 on the 14th for the next two months. He has not and continues to lie about when he will pay. He promises on a certain date, but it never happens. He does not respond to messages which is one of the reasons he was dismissed in the first place. Everybody on [redacted] has fired him. I was actually the last to let him go.

He has lied and stolen services from people.

Review: We hire this company to cut lawn ect he contacted us (we dont live there full time) to say our shrubs were dead and he said he could replace them.... I also asked him to replace stones around shrubs he quoted me a price on 9/9 which I agreed to, he said he would start next day. he requested a ck made out to cash/himself (he said he was paying cash for the materials.

I st ck next day. after a month work was still not done we called several times before we ever got any return calls, he always had an excuse why work wasnt completed, on 11/11 he said he was still doing winterzations and he would have all work done by sunday 11/16. We had to get someone else at a cost of $90.00 to winterize irr. system. we keep calling him and leaving messages and texting him to no avail....he has our $1110.00 and has only fixed a sprinker and dug up shrubs. we were already st a letter that we would be fined if we did not fix our

landscaping. I have all his email correspondence. My husband text him many times and he called him on 10/10,10/12,10/13 twice, 10/14,10/21,10/22 and called him again today at

11/20Desired Settlement: refund for what was not done or him complete job. he has a bad reputation which we were unaware of. we feel that because we do not live there (retirement home) he is

just ignoring us. I would like to see him also investigated for his business practices or lack there of

Review: [redacted] installed an irrigation system at my new home. The system fail to have a backup preventor causing the chemicals we put on the ground to run into our drinking water. In addition, the irrigation system was only 3" emerged in the ground in lieu of the 12" required. He was told about the issue and stated he would be back next week and he was a no show. I had to get another Contractor to fix the issue.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement would be to pay the me $200 minimum for the cost of the back flow preventer piece and installation.

Review: On March 17, 2013 my husband signed a contract with this company for weekly lawn maintenance (include mowing, trimming, etc.) of our residence of [redacted] for the 2013 season for $650. We paid in full on that date by personal check. We specifically signed with him because he promised to mow on Friday mornings. He ([redacted], owner) did not, nor did a company representative, come to mow. After several text messages to him (his choice of communication), he came one time to mow (on a Monday). He did not come again. We had to employ another service. We notified him that due to his failure to perform, we had to employ another service, we were terminating the contract, and demanded repayment of the $650. He did not respond. In addition, on March 17, 2013, we signed a separate contract with this company for installation of a lawn irrigation system, which Tykes performed. In August, there was a constant leak from the pipe. [redacted] would not respond to our several requests to fix it. After several weeks , we fixed it ourselves, by replacing pipe under the house to cost of at least $100, not counting the increased water bill. I sent a letter to [redacted] on October 9, 2013 demanding $650 and $100 to be paid to me by November 15, 2013. In text messages, he agreed to pay these amounts. I have received no payment.Desired Settlement: Full repayment of the terminated contract of $650, by certified checki.

Payment of $100 compensation for having to fix the leak, by certified check..

Review: We contracted with New Image Landscaping of Bridgeville, DE on 7/19/15 to install a paver patio the week of August 24-28, weather permitting.A 50% deposit was given as agreed. After numerous unanswered phone calls, and numerous texts and emails to confirm the start date, we were told the date would occur 2 weeks later, September 14-18.Here it is October 12. Again after many phone calls and texts, and now requests for our money to be returned, the only half hearted progress that has been made is to have the sod removed from the patio area. Oh and yes another date has been promised. At this time we just want OUR money returned!Desired Settlement: Bank check mailed to our home address for a full refund.

Review: Faulty installation of lawn irrigation system.

Irrigation pipe not in the ground 6-8 inches as promised.

Irrigation pipe installed on neighbors property. Contractor has promised to move and has not.

Contractor stated he installed an 8 zone control box and did not.

Contractor has not responded to numerous phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my irrigation system installed properly. And honor the five year warranty written in the contract.

Or I would like to have my money refunded.
