Review: I booked two tickets to [redacted] and paid with my bank card. I arrived to the meeting area in Manhattan, New York and there was no bus or other customers. I called Tyla Tours about ten times that morning before someone answered the phone. They informed me that the trip was cancelled. I informed the company that I was not informed and I would like a refund, the customer representative informed me that he would refund my money and it will be in my account 2 weeks later, the latest. I never received a refund and when I called the company the call went to voice mail. My number was now blocked and I had to contact Tyla Tours from a different number in which the representative hung up the phone every time I began to talk. I also emailed the company and never received a response. Over five months later I still have not received a refund after a trip was cancelled and I was never informed nor received a refund as stated by the company. Till this day I call, email and text the company and I am unable to get in contact with anyone.Desired Settlement: A refund of money for the two tickets because I never went on a trip to [redacted].

Review: I purchased 2 Day trips to Washington DC scheduled for June [redacted]. I received a phone call and a text message cancelling the trip the same morning of the trip when I was already at the location waiting for the bus to arrive. I was told that I would be reimbursed in total. I have yet to receive the money. I have made attempts to contact the agency with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a reimbursement for the total amount of the 2 tickets.

Review: Tyla Tours offer me a complete packets to go to the niagara falls. As per [redacted] owner of Tyla tours everything was included I pay $309 for this tours however once on the bus on my way to Ontario Canada I was asked to pay addional $193 dollars for tours activities. [redacted] never told me that I have to pay addtional money.Desired Settlement: I will like a refund on the amounth of #150.00 dollars

Review: this Tour company sold a bus trip to sesame place took my credit card info over the phone NEVER sent me a confirmation I kept calling he said he was very busy and will send it I call back no answer for several days I called again he said just show up the driver has your name and other people are boarding from you location. on the day we waited from 6:40 am to 9:08 am and no bus showed up it was a schedule pick up of 7:00 - 7:30 am I called him at 7:27 he said drive left and he will call me back never did he stopped answering his phone I text him left him messages I spoke to a police officer and he advised I call all numbers again then leave a message then call my credit card company which I did then left the location at 9:08 am on 7/**/13 this guy is a scam and had me and my two young children waiting to go on a trip to sesame place I had two crying children and had to do an hour and a half commute back to my home something needs to be done so that this does not happen again.Desired Settlement: he also need to compensate me for me standing on an intersection with two small children from 6:40 to 9:00 am with his lying and not telling the truth and he took money from me for the trip that deals with kids - this company needs to be closed down.
