Review: [redacted] and [redacted] of [redacted] Construction and Management have been our landlords for the last 18 months. During that time they have continually refused to address our needs for repairs inside and outside our unit. We have had live animals living inside our attic area for the entire summer of 2013 as well as the previous summer. When asked to fix the holes in the house that has allowed these animals to enter our home, [redacted] told me "well what do you want me to do about it?" Repeated request for resolution have gone unanswered and to this day (8/29/2013) the issue has yet to be resolved.Furthermore, we have had issues mold in our bathroom which they have never fixed. I had to take it upon myself to pay for the chemicals needed to fix a problem which should have been rectified by them.Also, There has been NO damage to our unit while we lived here and before we even move out next week we have been told by [redacted] that we will not be getting our deposit back. When asked why she said we have late charges that have taken all of it. We have documentation of being late only a couple of times and only by a few days at most. Our lease agreement states that we will be charged $10.00/day for late fees and that does not add up to the $750.00 deposit we paid upon moving in. This company has continually ignored our requests and have acted in a manner well short of professional. They are bar-none the worst Property Management company we have ever dealt with!Desired Settlement: We want our deposit returned less the documented late fees which we do acknowledge to be in the sum of $60.00
