We recently remodeled our kitchenAfter several meetings with their designer we finally signed up with this company for a project worth $50K +As soon as we signed up we found out that our designer had left the company but were assured by their general manager that she would personally follow up thoroughly with us from start to finish(unfortunately that was the last time we ever heard form her)Project Manager was assigned to our project and at the very first meeting he promised us to finish the project in 5-weeks as we had our new year party coming up that we wanted to celebrateAs the project went along we started to feel lack of communication from the PM and noticed that progress started to slow downWe sent several messages to PM with no response and also sent emails to the general manager and left her messages with NO responseThey missed their deadlines and we had an UNFINISHED kitchen on the day of our party which was extremely embarrassingAfter repeated calls and messages, they finally finished the project after weeks(twice the time that was promised to us) with no apology or remorse from anyone in their companyPlease be cautioned that once you sign up, they will mess with you and you will not have a say! Very disappointed!!
We recently moved into a new house and our first project was having our master bathroom remodeledWe had several contractors and companies provide design input and quotesNot having expertise in this area we wanted a company that would come in and take care of all aspects of the work from start to finishWe chose Remodel Works, not because they were the cheapest but because they were the most professional and customer friendlyQuite frankly, Remodel Works listened better than the other companies/contractors
Aleigh Sampson was our design expert; she came out to the house, listened to our needs and provided us with some great ideas and solutionsWe then met at the design showroom and picked out some amazing materials
We couldn’t ask for a better project manager than Elijah PetersonElijah met with us before materials were ordered to walk us through the process and ensure we were comfortable with everything that was about to ensueHe also provided additional suggestions that complemented Aleigh’s design layout and met our needs
During the course of the construction phase, Elijah checked in on us and the performance of the various crafts frequently and during those rare occasions where we questioned the quality of work he took immediate steps to rectify themHe also had the contractors’ correct discrepancies we hadn’t even noticed
The end result was a beautiful master bathroom that far exceeded our visionFor that we are extremely thankful to Aleigh and Elijah and the rest of the Remodel Works group behind the scenes that made this such a wonderful stress free process
