On 7/10/2017, David Rothwell, owner of Tyler Fence Company came to my home to measure and give me a fence quote to match my requestAll though the quote was high to me, I agreed, depending upon the conditions we discussed were metDavid then asked for and received 1/of the price quoted up frontTotal price for feet of privacy and feet of chain link, which I might add, was supplied by myself not withstanding a few small unforeseen parts neededDavid told me at contract signing, that he was weeks out, but then I would have a SOLID, GREAT FENCE, wrong on all countsDavid and crew finally showed up to do the job, on 8/16/17, and only then after I threatened him with legal action, and or every penny I had paid him returned by 8/19/
Also David Rothwell had me make both checks out to him personally, instead of Tyler Fence Com
